Supermarket with everything you need right next door. Very quiet despite the roadNegativne stranefor us noUnplanned but wonderfulWe actually wanted to look for a place in Carnac.
But we didn't like it there, so we drove on to the Quiberon peninsula with mixed feelings, because tourist strongholds aren't really our thing.
But the Beausejour campsite is great. We really liked the fact that it is a relatively simple site, but with good sanitary facilities.
It may be different in the high season, but in May many pitches were not occupied, everything was always clean, the proximity to the beach is very nice,... the location on the east side of the island means that it is relatively windless.
The stormy and exciting west coast and the small villages are easy to reach by bike.
As I said, I don't imagine it to be so idyllic in the high season.Automatski prevedeno.

Parceled pitches of sufficient size. A sanitary building with plenty of showers. Close to the beach, restaurant and store. Nowhere was crowded, the people were very friendly. There was even a dog shower. The sanitary facilities are mixed. The new building is very nice and clean, the old facilities are clean and French.Automatski prevedeno.

But the camping was quiet, a little dusty, and windy. Sorry, windy, because of the ocean! A lot of interesting trees everywhere, and the camping is REALLY near by the bay. It wasn't so cosy, but I liked it! May be I'm not a really civilized man.Automatski prevedeno.
