We stopped here on our way to Brittany both on the way there and on the way back. The site is interesting for anyone traveling from the Ruhr area or the Cologne region. We pre-booked the pitches (we were traveling with two families and caravans) online... without any problems. Reception doesn't open until 4:30 pm, but the site is open and there is a sign at the entrance saying that you are welcome to choose a free pitch. Baguettes and croisants can be pre-ordered for the morning.
Sanitary facilities can (often) only be as clean as the guests. In our case, it was clean and really good. The small pool is a good place to cool off after a long drive in the heat. There is a playground and even a small volleyball court. The place is quiet at night. In the small bar there are various draught beers and other drinks at reasonable prices. You can also take the dog for a nice walk. Advantage: If you need to refuel, you can do so in the immediate vicinity. The Somme is a beautiful, branching river on which you can certainly also go kayaking or similar; the site is therefore also ideal for a few days longer. If you are interested in the First World War, there is a well-designed exhibition in the old castle in Péronne. WLAN in the reception area, small bistro available. New sanitary building in tip-top condition and clean. Small pool also available. Pitches partly very well separated with hedges and generous space.Negativne straneIs in an uninteresting location.We have found a solid place to stay.The site is located at the harbor and on the road, which explains the ambient noise, at least in the peripheral pitches. Nevertheless, it's a good place to stay if you're just passing through, although the price was one of the highest for us compared to the other pitches we used. Sanitary facilities are up to standard, there is even toilet paper available. We would not want to spend our vacation here.Automatski prevedeno.

The rating remains the same: with sufficient provisions on board, the pitch is suitable for one or two nights. Bread roll service ok, sanitary facilities usual French standard. The peace and quiet is somewhat impaired by the work in the... harbor. In contrast to other sites, this one is not characterized by permanent campers and/or permanent dormitories. Free choice of pitches on the site and large enough. The location is in the middle of the industrial area, right next to a mixing plant. The children's playground is in a neglected state, with broken play equipment.... The fairly new-looking pool appears unkempt. Now to the sanitary facilities. The equipment is old and partly rotten. There are 2 toilets in the men's area and it is difficult to keep them clean given the high number of visitors. It's just a short stopover. Very friendly reception, bread rolls etc. on pre-order, snack with take-away meals, swimming pool, sufficiently large pitches. Actually a great stopover site, and with an Acsi... card it would also be cheap if it weren't for the extremely unkempt sanitary facilities. I have rarely experienced such dirty sanitary facilities, there was a cleaning crew on site, but you never saw anyone cleaningAutomatski prevedeno.

The sanitary facilities are ok and well maintained. I find the location close to the highway particularly practical, so we have now repeatedly chosen this site for a stopover. Men's area 2 (!) WCOvernight stayWe used the space both on the outward journey to and on the return journey from our vacation destination. In my opinion, it's ok for that. I personally can't imagine a longer stay there. The reception was friendly, the pitches are good and most of them are under trees. Thanks again for the tip to use the Peronne-Süd exit. It is advisable to approach the campsite from the south (exit 11, not 11a), as you can then drive along the country road rather than through the narrow village. Gets full in the late afternoon (mainly Dutch), very narrow shower cubicles and toilets, clean sanitary facilities, swimming pool available, very close to the Peronne exit road.
