We were there at the end of September/beginning of October. We chose a nice spot without any constraints. There are no plot boundaries, but lots of nature with a lovely ambience. The operators are approachable for their guests. The restaurant is also highly recommended. Beautiful vast area for campers and tents. Food perfect for those who like tasty and good food. There is order and cleanliness everywhere. The reception building as well as the restaurant is surrounded by a very nice, extensive and... well-kept green area. You can spend pleasant moments here in weather and inclement weather. Even if it rains, in the evening you can have a nice time in the restaurant or garden gazebos. The surroundings are fabulously beautiful and interesting. Super areas all around for cycling. Lots of interesting places to visit fairly close to the Fortress. I will come back here again....Automatski prevedeno.

Upon arrival we received a tourist information package in english with all the highlight, that was a good start. After we choose a spot on the campsite we were surprised about the layout of the place, it has a great variety of shaded spots for... people with all kinds of preferences.
Facilities clean and not to far away. The restaurant on site we used almost every day, friday it's 'camping BBQ', in a nice setting we drank and ate until late, great to get to know our fellow-campers.
Fresh rolls in the morning, friendly staff, english-speaking reception.
Owners friendly, helpful and always present.

In a friendly atmosphere you can enjoy your vacation here. With bread service and a restaurant on the campsite you have everything within reach. They have extensive tourist information that is updated annually, also on tip from the guests. There is an awful... lot to see in the immediate vicinity, but the campground is also an ideal base for longer trips.

We had a beautiful spot overlooking the lake! Every day there were fresh rolls you could order and the food at the campground restaurant was very tasty and very affordable. Were very friendly and hospitable received by the owner coincidentally also a Dutchman he explained everything to us in detail .the view with a lake in the middle of the campsite was great. Fresh bread and rolls can be ordered.Negativne straneWe have not found any disadvantages.Camping vacations the way we love themWe stayed at the campsite for 2-3 weeks 4 times in 2024 and were thrilled every time. It was very good that we were able to park the caravan in the parking lot within the camping area for free between stays!
The very friendly staff did a lot to make us feel at home every time. The site owner made several... daily rounds of the site to ensure it was clean and tidy.
For the campers there were places where they could make a fire, with wood that was specially provided.

The site has many beautiful pitches, suitable for caravans, small camper vans and even large liners. There are also pitches for tents everywhere. The site is not parceled out. But it has a noise barrier.Wonderful placeWe have been here many times - because the place is so beautiful, the restaurant offers good food and freshly tapped drinks and because Mathijs is simply a cool host.
We even celebrated Grandma's birthday here and rented all the cabins and rooms. The whole family traveled from all over Germany for it. He spent many hours to install the e-toll app, which is one of the very worst apps ever designed! The food in the restaurant was really tasty and the price was most reasonable. The campsite is kept very clean, which is very important to us. The owners have built the campsite from scratch and did an excellent job! Matthijs speaks excellent Polish, Dutch (he was born in the Netherlands), English and German and even some French!
The food in the restaurant is very good, large portions on your plate and most... reasonable prices.
The pitches are among the largest I’ve ever encountered and kept very clean.
The campsite and its surroundings are very quiet, which we like very much.
The campsite is in the middle of a very rural area with a nearby (5km) town with ample shops.
Matthijs has made a sizeable (42 pages) brochure, each in several languages with many color pictures, extensively describing all interesting places in the area. Never before have I seen such a complete booklet written by the campsite owner!!!
I have camped on sites on several continents, and this site most certainly ranks among the top ten!
