Small café and store with bread service, there is also a restaurant
Sanitary facilities very clean and well maintained
The location is perfect for hiking

Regarding your suggestion to charge a flat rate for electricity: We understand that this could be a practical option. However, we think it is fairer if each guest only pays for the electricity they actually use. In this way, it is possible to adjust the costs directly to individual consumption. This means that you and all other guests only pay for what you actually use.
This system also helps us to better control energy consumption and be more environmentally conscious - something that is close to our hearts, especially in our beautiful natural surroundings around the Eifel National Park.

Sanitary facilities all new and very clean.
Sauna... on the pitch very relaxing, as you can book it for yourself and it is completely private.
Gas bottles can be changed on site without any problems.
We always found the good mood and atmosphere on the whole site extremely pleasant, the service at the registration desk and everywhere else was excellent. Everyone is very friendly.

We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to our pitches. We stood on an unpaved meadow not far from the entrance area. We felt very comfortable on the pitch and will definitely go there again. The operators are both... super friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are good and were always very clean. The pitch is relatively large. There is a nice playground for children with a large chess board and boules court. There is also a restaurant on the site, which we visited the evening before we left. There were nine of us registered there. Unfortunately, it turned out that more than half of the dishes on offer were not available. However, we were only informed of this when we had already ordered. This was not quite so fortunate. However, it has to be said that the food that was still available was delicious. A small point of criticism about the site is that the pitches on the meadow were very soggy and muddy due to the weather. A new drainage system might make sense here. The comfort pitches, on the other hand, made a really good impression. We will try to get a pitch there on our next visit. My mother was also there and was accommodated in an apartment directly above the sanitary building. The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. We regret that the menu in the restaurant was shortened over the holidays and that this was inconvenient for you. We are sorry that you were not informed of this until after you had ordered. As far as the pitches are concerned, we take your feedback seriously. We will consider with the owner of the Burgblick campsite how to improve the conditions in bad weather. It's great that you are keeping an eye on the comfort pitches and would like to reserve a pitch there on your next visit.

Etc, etc, etc!!!!Negativne stranekEINE!!!!!!!!!!!Our first stayWe wanted to take our camper van to Nideggen for winter camping over the New Year at short notice after Christmas. Unfortunately, Hetzingen was fully booked after one phone call. But Gereon, the operator of the site, together with his wife Kirsten, somehow made it possible for us to get a pitch anyway.... ....What can we say.....an incredibly beautiful site!!!!! Cleanliness in the sanitary area and on the pitch is second to none!!!!!! A couple that we were able to get to know personally as first-time visitors, competent, cordial and definitely know what they are doing!!!!!!!! Kirsten and Gereon....thank you very much for letting us get to know you and your great place!!!! We will definitely see you again!!!!
