Very nice place thank you

Dear Sir, could you precise when you came in Normandy, in Clécy, cause I used to remember my clients, I am not sure to have met you, could you precise where you were on the campsite ? What's more our campsite used to be well maintained if someone encounters a problem, just alert us. thank you.

Close to the Orne river, within walking distance of the town center.

Noise. Limited sanitary facilities: among other things, odours, chemical toilets for campers/caravans in the same room as shared sanitary facilities, showers, etc.

Bad choice of location, bad timing? We won't know, because the managers don't take kindly to criticism (due to lack of competition, perhaps?) or expressed dissatisfaction! What a shame! The region is beautiful and full of discoveries, but for a campsite that claims to be quiet, hearing a cement mixer working on a Saturday afternoon from 3pm to 8:30pm: tough.

Dear Sir, Hello, So you may indeed have come in September 2016, at the end for us of our season. The neighbors had been planning their works for many months, and we warned all our guests before they landed on the campsite that there would be works next to the campsite, only one or two pitches could be... affected by the noise, the campsite is over one hectare. I understand that if you were next door it may have disturbed you, but you will also understand that the neighbors can also schedule their work (which lasted 1/2 day) and we had warned. I must confess that I don't really understand what you mean when you say that the sanitary facilities are dirty and that there's a lot of noise on the campsite, because our campsite is renowned for its calm, tranquillity and cleanliness. All you have to do is look at the comments on all the other sites and you'll see that. This must be the 4th message along these lines out of over 200 messages, so I'll leave it to our future guests to judge. Ludovic, owner.
