The Calvados campsite l'Escapade welcomes you to its 4-star establishment for a relaxing holiday in Lower Normandy. Come and discover the various accommodation options at our campsite, as well as our infrastructure and activities, which will delight children and adults …alike, for a weekend or a holiday. Our 4-star campsite is located in a large wooded park covering 7 hectares and with two private fishing ponds in the heart of Calvados in Normandy. The region offers many activities that you can do alone, as a couple or with your family. In July and August, we organise various activities at the campsite to keep you and your children occupied throughout the day in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to the heated indoor pool, our water park offers a 18-metre-long slide with a double track for your best slides and a paddling pool for the little ones. There is also a play area for toddlers with a slide, two towers and a ‘bird's nest’ swing. Accessible to children with reduced mobility. For nature lovers: your children will be delighted by the campsite's mini-farm and its animals! You can watch and even feed chickens, ponies, rabbits or ducks, but be careful of their greediness! The catering facilities at the L'Escapade campsite consist of a cosy little restaurant with a great interior design. The bar, for example, is made from wine crates stacked on top of each other. The menu is modest, but the Treat yourself to a hike or a bike ride along the coast with unforgettable views, explore the landing beaches, the most famous in France, and Mont Saint Michel for a day. The beaches of Normandy are also the ideal place to relax and offer many activities (swimming, sand yachting, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shore fishing, etc.).
