The location directly on the lake is of course great, but the site rests on that. The green areas are unkempt (if something was trimmed, then the green was left lying around), the many permanent pitches are extremely unkempt. The central sanitary building is getting on in years, you... can already see the pipes in the showers. The access road is blocked with garbage containers and vehicles, making it really cramped. There was virtually no leisure program for adults and the staff at reception definitely didn't understand their job. We were treated very unfriendly both on arrival and departure. There was neither a welcome nor a good trip home or goodbye. They sat listlessly behind their PC and didn't speak to us.Automatski prevedeno.

At the reception you can smile a little more, it really doesn't... hurt and makes a better impression, what the receptionist couldn't smile at, the usher easily got out 3 times TOP THANKS FOR THAT.

ALL the staff were very helpful and friendly. The sanitary facilities (both the new modern ones and the older ones) were always in a clean condition. The cleaning staff and the staff at the information... desk deserve a lot of praise.
The site is very large, has a mega good location directly on Lake Constance and leaves nothing to be desired. Despite the low season, you got the same service as in the high season (market was open late, clean, service, ...). The main season started on the last day and you can tell that the campsite is getting busier.

However, the paths on the campsite are very long. This is due to the many permanent campers. The sanitary building near the reception is super new. However, always very dirty. I saw a permanent camper who even smoked in the toilet. Some permanent campers have absolutely... no respect for normal vacationers. The WLAN is chargeable, which is not appropriate in this day and age.
The washing tokens have been increased from €3 to €4. Over all it still says 3€, but they cost 4€. Outrageous.

The largest marina on the lake is right next door. Sailing boat courses, guest moorings for motor and sailing boats. Starting point for e-bike and cycle tours, e.g. Bregenz Pfänder. Thank you for your review and your honest opinion. We would like to inform you that our camping park with its direct access to the lake is located directly in a protected landscape area. The requirements for this have become much stricter for us in recent years, which is unfortunately... also reflected in the costs for water sports enthusiasts.

(For example,... I was literally knocked down by a boy who just shot out of one of the permanent parking spaces without looking! 3: On the main access road there are garbage bins and parked cars to the side, so that when two caravans come up against each other there is no chance of getting through! 4: The roads are partly in a very bad condition (holes, hills, potholes). Older people therefore find it very difficult to cycle etc. Otherwise a great place, definitely recommendable, will definitely come back next year!Automatski prevedeno.

Everything made a good impression at first BUT the distances to the toilets are extremely long, the main washroom building in the center is outdated and used up. At the beginning of my stay there were several dead mosquitoes on the door frame and after 1.5 weeks... they were still there. If it rains heavily, you get completely soaked, regardless of whether you have a tent or caravan awning. The pitches are slightly lower than the path in the middle. Nobody is interested in a good night's sleep, so it is not recommended for people who want peace and quiet at night. But of course there are also good things, all in all 2 out of 5 pointsAutomatski prevedeno.

From the sometimes unfriendly staff to the unmown pitch and the unclean sanitary facilities, we just had to shake our heads this year. When you are told that someone has done their toilet business in the shower and... are told "The cleaning team has already gone home, there's nothing we can do", it's a two-faced mess. But nobody seems to care about that. We liked this place once, but nothing lasts forever. I don't think we'll come here again. But even that probably won't help if, as mentioned in the comments, you're told: "We don't need you." And that's exactly the impression you get here.Automatski prevedeno.
- Ernst G.June 2019Rental caravansThe rental caravan was an imposition: defective windows (one fell out when opened), blackout blind defective, unclean, water in the tank from before (how long ago?), handover and acceptance by an inexperienced trainee (according to the management), certainly not precise enough for laymen (we are not!).... The "man for all occasions" was there several times and was able to mend at least one window. He had to tape up the one that had fallen down and cut off the blind so that it could at least be darkened at night! After unpleasant scenes with the management and an email to the managing director, he at least refunded part of the costs as a gesture of goodwill. Conclusion: The rental caravans are in a miserable condition and not appropriate for the proud price! From conversations with other tenants, it became clear that our rental caravan was not the only lousy one, but apparently no one else put up a fight.Automatski prevedeno.

If necessary, you can buy them in the well-stocked store on the site. The store offers a well-stocked... range of daily necessities and fresh bread rolls from 7 am. Two clean, state-of-the-art sanitary facilities. Lots of play facilities for children. Unfortunately, it's now like in older parking garages: the vehicles are getting bigger and bigger and space is getting tighter and tighter. But no problem with our Nugget. Located directly on Lake Constance, great panorama, beach directly accessible. Super supply... with the supermarket, which is exceptionally well stocked and is also open on Sundays and public holidays. The site is very noisy, which is also due to the fact that there are lots of options for children. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Also: lots of dog owners with sometimes more and sometimes less well-behaved animals. Directly on the Lake Constance cycle path, Lindau and Bregenz easily accessible, Friedrichshafen too. The central sanitary building is very outdated and not particularly pleasant. The newer one is very clean, but the air is very stale, despite the elaborate ventilation system.
