"tavern - . very unfriendly service!!! wrong food brought! - (we wanted a children's portion of spaetzle with sauce and were brought cheese spaetzle twice - at least a children's portion the second time) Our son accidentally drew on the table with the ballpoint pen! The waitress went crazy and my mother had to clean the table! Very rude behavior that could have been said in a friendly way and especially not in front of all the other guests!!! We would have understood if it had been a nice new table, but it was an old table! We celebrated a birthday there with lots of guests, we definitely won't be going again!

"Child and dog-friendly place - We liked it very much. Beautiful location, lots of activities for children. Access a bit narrow for large motorhomes. We found the free choice of pitches ok, but bad if you arrive late

"Very nice location, top gastronomy, great sanitary facilities. - Very nice courtyard with playground, a large playroom and play hayloft. Lots of petting animals. Camping pitches clean and sanitary facilities newly renovated and nicely done. Gastronomy delicious with regional products and menu with Bavarian dishes. Small farm store with everyday items and regional specialties. All in all, a lovely place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Profil

Our holiday farm & camping site Schweinmühle is located in the Fichtelnaab valley meadows. approx. 3 kilometres northwest of the town of Windischeschenbach, in the middle of the nature park "Upper Palatinate Forest". The rural surroundings with the wildly romantic …Waldnaab valley invite you to go for long hikes, cycling, berry and mushroom picking in the surrounding forests. Our family and dog-friendly campsite is open 365 days a year! Our area offers 1.7 hectares with approx. 130 pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents of all sizes! In our restaurant with terrace over the river, you can enjoy our delicacies. Bavarian snacks and warm meals, Zoigl fresh from the barrel, as well as coffee and cake are served. For active leisure activities, we have rental bikes for cycling tours into the wild and romantic Waldnaabtal nature reserve, as well as fishing waters, a small bathing pond, a children's playground, a petting zoo and ponies, donkeys and goats. A forest adventure trail and a game enclosure were opened in 2006. In the farm shop you can get everything a camper might need, including a bread roll service.
