"Top place for rest and relaxation - The Dutch family who run the site make every effort to ensure that your stay is completely uncomplicated and relaxing. Here, even the "little things" are just right: the pitches are not parceled out and have sunny and partially shaded areas. In the upper part there are terraced, mostly flat areas, while in the lower part the very well-kept meadow is somewhat sloping in places, but without any problems. The tents are usually set up in the area shaded by fruit trees. "Holidays on the farm" offers children the opportunity to help in the mornings and evenings when the sheep go out to pasture or come back into the barn, and the petting bunnies are equally popular. The fact that the flock of chickens, including the mighty cockerel, move between tents and caravans on a daily basis is simply part of everyday life here and sometimes also a source of amusement. There is no store, but there are plenty of chilled drinks and ice chests and, above all, fresh eggs from the free-range chickens every day. All in all, this is a campsite where the focus is on relaxing camping and people, without tightly limited pitches and star ratings. Any time again.

"Beautiful.... - Perfect location. Surrounded by hilly pastureland. Perfect for relaxing. Competent and friendly host family, who lovingly look after the site and provide everything a camper could wish for. We would love to come back.

"Super great place in the middle of Slovakia - The site is centrally located for hikes in the Low Tatras or in the Slovakian Ore Mountains in an absolutely quiet location east of Brezno. The Dutch operators know what a camper needs and there are so many little details that they have arranged and taken care of very nicely. For example, there is a watering can to fill up with water next to the drinking water, washing powder is already included in the price for using the washing machine, drinks and ice can always be taken chilled from the fridge. There are also several folders with excursion tips and laminated hiking maps for excursions. There is a very good restaurant in the village where you can eat out as a family at a reasonable price. Alternatively, you can have pizza delivered to the campsite. There is usually a nice campfire in the evening. The swimming pond is great. The sanitary facilities are very clean, creative and simple but furnished with attention to detail and functional. We can recommend the site without reservation!

"The best of everything - clean, friendly, beautiful - Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, providing us with everything we needed. The condition of the facilities is outstanding, pool and animals are great fun for the kids, many hiking option nearby.

We´d like to welcome you on our small cosy family-campsite-on-the-farm in the heart of Slovakia, with stunning view, surrounded by green meadows and forests, nearby National park and Low Tatras. Perfectly situated for lots of beautiful daytrips. Several nice hikingroutes …from the campsite. You can use the hammock in the fruityard, and make a cosy campfire. You can help making fruit-liqueur,chop wood,pick fruit,get the hay inside,making jam,feed the animals. Come and enjoy the simple life in the countryside, and be surrounded by the fantastic, pure Slovakian nature. We organize typical and untouristic trips, such as picking mushrooms in the hills, visit a sheepfarm in the wilderness and making traditional Slovak cheese with our nice neighbour. unique experiences! For rent: cosy holidayhouse (2/6 persons, situated in the farmhouse) caravan on the campsite, fully equiped tent and B&B room (all for 1/4 persons). You can enjoy you’re ski holiday here too! There are 6 nice skiresorts in 15/60 min. drive. Summer or winter, enjoy a unique holiday with us, vitajte/welcome!

In the centre of Brezno at the traffic lights (near Hotel Dumbier) choose the road to Tisovec (road 72 former 530). After about 6 km when you cross the railway again, you enter the village of Rohozná. At the end …of this village turn left after the sign CAMPING. After about 700m you arrive on the little square of campsite Sedliacky Dvor. Turn of your engine, come to the terrace behind the house for a welcome-drink and start to relax..........
