" - Beautifully situated terraced CP on the edge of Trevelez. The pitches are sufficiently large and level. The site has a few small trees that also border the pitches. You have a magnificent view of the mountains. You can reach Trevelez on foot in 20 minutes via a small footpath and side roads. The sanitary facilities are basic and could do with a makeover. But they are clean. A scullery and washing machines (functional???) are on the outside wall of the sanitary building. Overall, everything is on a rather basic level. But then again, the price is reasonable. You receive a very friendly welcome at reception. The owner is both a cook and a mountaineer. That's why you get good route suggestions for hiking!!! And in the evening you can sit comfortably in the small restaurant that belongs to the campsite and enjoy really delicious, primarily local cuisine from the Sierra Nevada and the Alpujarras. We felt most at home here on our tour of Andalusia.

" - I thought the place was great. Lovely people who are proud of their traditions. The restaurant only serves dishes from the region. We were given a very warm welcome. The sanitary facilities are not the newest, but they are clean.

" - Beautiful terraced campsite on the edge of Trevelez. We received a very friendly welcome and had a free choice of pitches. We found the pitches a little small. The sanitary facilities were old and could be better maintained. The campsite restaurant is highly recommended: good and reasonably priced. A small path leads from the campsite to the town center (10-15 min). Great starting point for mountain tours. The prices were very fair.

Camping Trevelez Come to the highest campsite in Spain in the Alpujarra of Granada. Located 1,560 metres above sea level, in the highest town on the peninsula. Camping Trevelez is located in Las Alpujarras, Sierra Nevada, in the ideal place …to visit Mulhacén and La Vuelta. The campsite is open all year round, so you can camp under the stars at any time of the year. Swim in the pool, spend the night in log cabins, typical rustic stone houses of the Alpujarras and modern bungalows. Camping in a natural environment. We have a total of 360 pitches and also have wooden cabins and small stone farmhouses in the style of the Alpujarras, and you can bring your own tents for camping. The site is surrounded by chestnut, pine and poplar trees. Many sports are available in the area such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking and trout fishing in the two rivers that divide the village, they make the camping unique. We offer you the following services: - 100 very shady pitches with electricity - Swimming pool - Free hot showers and toilet blocks - A café, bar and restaurant - Supermarket (We sell camping gas models: Coleman 250 / Camping Gas C206 and CV 470) - Free Wifi - Laundry service - Pets are welcome - Transfer from and to Malaga and Granada airport (max. 6 people)
