The site is informal, clean and very friendly. Lots of nice people there.
Can recommend the site especially for a trip to Pisa with children, as it is outside but still easily accessible.
Livorno with its ferry port is also within easy reach.Automatski prevedeno.- Svantje L.June 2021Dobre straneClose to the beach, few campers at the end of June, great outdoor pool (pool)Negativne straneUnfortunately, the restaurant is totally reorganized, you can't pay by credit card; You have to pay extra everywhere, for showers, pool entrance; On the "private beach" you have to rent sunbeds with umbrellas, otherwise you have to go to the public beachCamping at the end of JuneAt this time of year it is still quiet, later it gets too crowded. Cleanliness could be better, rules are quite strict.
The location is good, Pisa can be visited by bike. I can't recommend the restaurant, unfortunately the food is only average and the payment is a drama. You can only pay cash and they... don't have change so a tip is a must.
For the use of the washing machine/dryer they charge 4€ each, which I find a bit expensive.
On the private beach you are forced to rent an umbrella for 10€, own umbrellas and sun shells are forbidden.

The pitch was very empty and should have been very quiet. But unfortunately, the pitch next to us would be assigned to new people passing through every day! Sanitary... facilities and place clean, access a bit narrow if the caravan is too big. The staff is nice, the restaurant excellent and reasonably priced for the quality of the food (2 people with wine, pasta, pizza and dessert for around €30). The beach and the sea are beautiful, own parasols are not allowed, but you can rent two sunbeds with parasols for 10-15€ per day. Idela for people who want to enjoy the sea, sand and sun on the beach.Negativne straneDepending on the time of year, mosquitoes can become a nuisance.Place with a shadowy existenceThe site is located a few hundred meters from the beach in a shady grove. This is very practical in summer as you have fewer problems with the heat. As the operator offers a shuttle bus to its own beach, the distance to the beach is manageable. Unfortunately, the bus doesn't run on Sundays, but the distance... can also be covered on foot. The beach makes up for it. You should stock up on sufficient mosquito repellent for the campsite, which can become a nuisance. The staff are friendly and the sanitary facilities are clean. The food in the on-site restaurant is good. You have to pay €0.50 for a hot shower (limited time). CP has a restaurant. The beach is 15min. Walk away or use the free shuttle bus. The beach section is not large (with water and changing room. You can rent sun loungers, but you are not allowed to bring your own parasol. To Pisa about 20km.Automatski prevedeno.- Roland B.August 2013The relative proximity to its own stretch of beach and a shuttle bus service from the campsite are positive aspects. Nevertheless, there is no ideal rating. The site is advertised as quiet. However, the front part is located directly on a busy road (access to the sea for the inhabitants of Pisa) and... constant loud announcements (often with the same content every day) are annoying. Further back, the entertainment program approaches. The shuttle bus also simply doesn't run outside peak times. You are not allowed to bring your own parasol to your own "private beach" and have to rent one - only slightly cheaper for camping guests than for external guests. The friendly staff, some of whom have a good command of German, should be praised.Automatski prevedeno.
