"very disappointing! - Disco music until 4:30am! Unfortunately, we had already paid for a front row paradise spot in anticipation of a family vacation close to nature. Alternative offer of a place in the back row or a change to Venice, neither of which was an alternative for us. Baia-Holiday was not prepared to find a compromise. The money is gone. Although the pitch was demonstrably re-let afterwards. Electricity, water and tourist tax even withheld. Billed twice. I am so disappointed! Bottom line: Big disappointment in the treatment by the Baia-Holiday company. The campsite was OK, but loud disco music, which is not pointed out, also no indication that sports and bathing facilities are clearly limited. Under the circumstances mentioned, the highest price was charged and no willingness to compromise if it didn't suit. I advise against it! The problem seems to have existed for some time. Unfortunately, I have not read the reviews sufficiently. In my opinion, the previous negative reviews have not led to any improvement.

"Beautiful views - The site is located directly on the cliffs overlooking the Gulf of Trieste. However, the pitches with a sea view are very expensive. It's nice to take a walk along the Rilke path to Duino Castle. The bus stop is right in front of the campsite. This means you can travel to Trieste or Miramare by public transport. Tickets can be bought at the campsite. There is a pool for swimming, but it wasn't open, and a shuttle service to the pebble beach at Sistiana. I didn't like it that much. There is a small store and a café with a great view where you can also eat.

"Italy in September - Beautifully situated campsite above a bathing bay with its own "train", large pool with restaurant and wonderful view as far as Trieste and Miramare Castle, sanitary facilities cleaned several times a day. Staff friendly, helpful and competent. We would love to come back

"Far too expensive for agile performance - It is with great regret that we have to report our disappointment about our stay from 22-24.5.21. We had booked and paid for a place in advance. Even then I was astonished to discover that, despite full payment in advance, a reservation fee of €12 was charged. The unusually high price of €60 for this season kept my expectations high. Unfortunately, they were very disappointed. As nice as the campsite is, it does not meet the expectations of a 4-star campsite. The sanitary facilities have no toilet paper and are not heated, which made the shower unusable in the prevailing temperatures. Last but not least, the disposal station for motorhomes was not state of the art (waste water runs over the pitch as it is impossible to position the vehicle drain over the centrally located drain). The disposal for the chemical toilet was also simply blocked (taped off). The W-Lan did not work and even if the staff had apologies and were polite and helpful, it is not a sign of a 4 star place. More than 60.-€ per night for a place that does not even offer the essentials is simply outrageous

The Camping Village is bordered …by the renowned Rilke Trail, a scenic path that runs along the coast and leads to the historic Duino Castle. Nestled in a beautiful maritime pine forest, the campsite is set against the backdrop of the Karst Plateau, facing the Gulf of Trieste, and features panoramic, fully equipped pitches. The Village boasts a variety of mobile homes and bungalows, designed with modern, minimalist style, and can accommodate up to 6 people. On-site, guests can enjoy a lovely swimming pool with a wellness area, as well as children's pools, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas for rental. A charming little train transports guests to the beach, a fun experience especially for the little ones. The resort also offers free entertainment and a Mini Club. For a relaxing break, the Ristobar Rilke, located directly on the Rilke Trail, offers the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif or snack while soaking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Trieste. The campsite is conveniently close to thermal parks and some of the most beautiful nature reserves in Friuli. Active guests can stay entertained with facilities including a tennis court, ping pong, and a gym, while children can enjoy the playground.
