- Gregor v.May 2012We spent 4 days on the site over Ascension Day in 2012. The sanitary facilities are very basic, partly from the 60s - 70s, but very clean! Washing machine and dryer available. Sufficiently large pitches for caravan and awning. Pitch for caravan well paved with grass stones. Showers with coin-operated... machines. Railroad in the rear area. But not disturbing in the front area. Many permanent campers. The biggest advantage of the site is, as its name suggests, its immediate proximity to the Elbe world shipping route. All you have to do is step onto the dyke and the "big ships" pass right in front of you at high tide. An excellent place for ship lovers! The "Panorama" restaurant on the dyke is also highly recommended. Inexpensive, good food with a large selection of dishes and a good view of the Elbe. The campsite and restaurant are easy to find on the internet using the main search engines.Automatski prevedeno.
