The site itself has a lot of permanent campers (unfortunately there are also some unsightly pitches) and the sanitary facilities are getting on in years. Toilet paper is not available. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it here, there is nothing going on. It's a shame, the site has a beautiful bathing lake and you could do a lot with the site.Automatski prevedeno.

Some of the permanent campers' pitches have apparently been abandoned and littered for a long time. The paths are in poor condition!Unfortunately, the reality does not match the information on the Internet!There are almost only permanent campers on the site, who use their own sanitary facilities. The sanitary facilities are getting on in years and are no longer acceptable. You are required to bring your own toilet paper and there is no way to dry your hands! There is only one pedal boat on the lake and no sign of the mini golf course. For the price, other campsites offer luxury. At the big toilet house there was a toilet for ladies and gentlemen, upstairs at the cafe the toilets and showers were open, you could get fresh bread rolls every morning and the cafe was open all day long with very nice and helpful people. On... New Year's Eve the owners of the campsite also arranged a small New Year's Eve party there was something to eat which the owner sponsored, you only had to pay for the drinks, the large fire bowl was also lit so that it was also very pleasant outside, all in all it was a nice vacation we will stop there again.Automatski prevedeno.

- Manfred V.August 2019Dobre straneQuiet, clean and very well-kept placeNegativne straneAs always subjective: You have to pay extra for many things and that is no longer in keeping with the times.Nice place with small quirksWe (2 adults) stayed at this site for a weekend. The sanitary facilities have the flair of a container landscape, but are always clean. You should always have toilet paper, soap and a towel with you. The showers cost 50 cents and hot water for washing up or washing clothes also costs extra (10 cents).... We did not test the beach café belonging to the campsite. The bathing lake with a clean sandy beach is very good but can also be used by the public for a fee. WLAN is available everywhere but costs extra, although the costs are limited. Internet via cell phone or tablet PC is very very weak for all three main providers (D1, D2, E network). The proximity to the Dutch neighbor is noticeable and the much-promoted nationwide expansion of the data network is still years away. But that's not the place's fault.Automatski prevedeno.

Clean sanitary facilities, very friendly staff, large glass of beetroot and small portion of coffee powder as a free gift on arrival. You can hear the highway, but there are worse nights. We went to the Blue Lagoon for the first time with our 13-year-old son in the summer vacations of 2015 and are happy to have found such an uncomplicated campsite. Booking a pitch is so uncomplicated (even if you want to stay with friends). The... ladies at the "reception" always think along with you and remember your name the next day. The pitches are open and spacious, so you can maneuver on your own even without a mover. There is also enough space for cars between the campers. The sanitary facilities are probably without marble on the walls - but nothing falls apart here and there are plenty of wet rooms. Some people should be aware that the floor can sometimes get dirty when children (and adults) come from the beautiful beach and run through to the shower!!! In summer, (private) parties are held irregularly on the beach. This can and should also be associated with somewhat louder music and nobody dies if you don't get to sleep until around 01:00 on a great summer night because of the music. You can pick up bread rolls at the sanitary building between 08:30 and 09:30 in the high season, but also at the water ski facility afterwards. I like to combine this with a walk along the beach. The location on the Dutch border should not be overlooked either. It's really possible to go shopping in Venlo. We were here again on this hot weekend and, as always, it was like being on vacation. We are already looking forward to the party at the end of September - the place is booked!!! And now the complaints at the highest level: it would be great if the young people had a recreation room - a table tennis table would be great. A small mini store for the essentials would also be good.Automatski prevedeno.

The weekend was really great, this campsite is perfect for relaxing. The lake, which belongs directly to the campsite (only 200 m to the lake from the campsite) is great for cooling off and is great for children, as it is very shallow on the beach and only slowly gets... deeper. There is also a café right by the lake, from where you have a good view of your children in the water. The café serves very tasty ice cream sundaes. The owners are very friendly and easy to talk to. We will definitely be back next year =) I would recommend this campsite to all couples and families with children up to the age of 12. I can also recommend the yogurt sundae with strawberries in the cafe.Automatski prevedeno.

Only from 12°°h you can use the leisure facilities there in good weather. To criticize is that there is no bread and newspaper service. - Timpelpimpel T.August 2011The campsite is in a very nice location. A lot of effort is made there to get a system in place. The site managers are very friendly, but seem to be overwhelmed by the growing number of tasks. They find it difficult to enforce the site rules. The beach is currently being rebuilt, but could be better... maintained. The sanitary facilities in the main building are ok, but in the outbuildings a challenge to the sense of etiquette. The mini-golf course is usually well maintained and you can get the equipment at any time. Pedal boating turns out to be a bit of a hassle as there are only 2 pedal boats available. The children's playground is adequate and well secured. The artificial lake is also suitable for children as it runs very gently into the water. Unfortunately, it is very dirty and full of algae. Conclusion: Although a number of improvements are still needed here and the site rules in particular need more enforcement, the site is brilliant for families. Children are in good hands there and even if there are a lot of people at the water's edge, the size of the site makes it easy to get around. There's always something going on at the weekends and the café serves delicious homemade cakes at very reasonable prices. In the afternoon, until the evening hours, a chip shop is open at the weekends right next to the sun terrace. Special requests are always catered for. For couples who want to go on tours from there, it is very conveniently located. For older people it should be quieter, especially at the weekends.Automatski prevedeno.
