"Operator very nice and friendly - Just like last year, we received a very nice welcome from the campsite operators. Our stay was very nice and the overall package (bread roll service, sanitary facilities etc.) was just right.

"Visit to Zwensow - Very well located on the large Labussee. Very quiet at the beginning of May. Everything very well maintained and cleaned. Paddle boats etc. for hire and direct contact with the lake. Advantage: the entrance to the lake is very shallow. Particularly suitable for small children.

"Beautiful place right on the lake - Very nicely run, clean, perfect for all kinds of water sports. Boats can be hired on site. Quiet and informal, you can also expect groups at the landing stage for paddlers.

"Vacation in August / September 2019 - It was our first time at this campsite and we were pleasantly surprised. So quiet, direct access to the water, lots of hiking and cycling trails. The staff were very friendly and always on hand to help with any problems. We turned one week's vacation into two. The site is very manageable and informal due to its size. The sanitary facilities were always kept clean and the price/performance was great. Thank you for a wonderful time.

"Nice little campsite directly on the Großer Labussee - Well-kept small campsite on the banks of the large Labussee lake. Quiet even in the high season. Sanitary facilities no longer brand new, but clean and well maintained. Both shady and sunny pitches available. Well-stocked store with everything you need as a camper and daily bread and bread service at reasonable prices. Staff very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

"Great location by the lake - highly recommended. The welcome was very warm. The site is beautifully situated, well maintained and also very quiet. The wash houses were always clean. A nice starting point to get to know Mc Pomm.

Profil

The Labussee invites touring by water, paddling merely about the shores, swimming and other activities centred around water. Numerous lakes in the forests can easily be reached from here. The little ones can have fun on the waterslide and romp …about the playground, while you pick up a good book and get some proper relaxation in the shade of a tree. The site lies on Großen Labussee near Zwenzow and directly borders Müritz National Park. The level terrain is lush with grass, shrubs, leafy trees and conifers. The lake is a state waterway, on which motorboats are therefore allowed, and runs into other lakes and rivers. A favourite get-together place is the "Badehus", about 300 m distant, with a sauna, solarium and indoor swimming pool. The shop at the site has an adjacent winter garden that is very popular with visitors. About 150 m away in Zwenzow you will find a rustic village pub, open from 17:00 (5:00 p.m.). About 2 km distant, in the middle of the forest and on the shore of the lake, sits the Rookhus restaurant, whose cuisine ranks among the best in Germany. The outstanding sanitary facilities of the camping site offer all the comforts and some facilities for the disabled.

Coming from the West on the B 198, turn left in Mirow towards Userin, continue via Granzow and Roggentin to Zwenzow. From Zwenzow there is direct access to the lake. Coming from Berlin on the B98 to Neustrelitz, from there …towards Userin/Mirow, and via Userin and Userin Mühle to Zwenzow. Continue on as above.
