Good transport connections to Lulea, quiet, sufficiently large SP, lakeside location.

Pros and cons
We have already been to a few First Camp campsites, but Lulea fell noticeably short of the otherwise professional appearance. Basically, the campsite is good, nicely situated by the water, quiet, sufficiently large SP, good bus connection to Lulea. But somehow the ambience is missing, perhaps it's the... size or clarity. What is certainly to be criticized is the number of sanitary facilities in relation to the number of SPs. And in the high season it is necessary to clean the washrooms more often. It wasn't a bad place to stay, but we wouldn't stay there again.

Huge place with lots on offer. But we were only there for an overnight stay. Prices for the campsite and restaurant are expensive.

Close to the city, lots of leisure activities
Top place in the far north with lots of leisure activities
Very good site with parceled pitches, partly paved, alternatively grass pitches available. Electricity connection. Lots of leisure activities. The sanitary facilities are in a less clean condition, mainly due to the users.

Price/performance ratio is absolutely not right! Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired
Very large square close to the city, not for those seeking peace and quiet
This was definitely not a campsite for us! On arrival the reception was closed, the information on the phone was very poor. The cleanliness on the entire site left a lot to be desired, even the sanitary facilities were not really very clean! in the NS a lot of space but there was only 1 sanitary building... open (3 showers, 3 sinks and 3 toilets, which was then accordingly overloaded and not well cleaned, the atmosphere was more like a large parking lot, as most of the pitches are asphalted. There would definitely be far too much hustle and bustle here in HS!

Huge campsite. However, pretty much everything is closed in August. In the high season, however, this campsite leaves nothing to be desired! Caution: You can't camp here without the Camping Card Scandinavia!

A really huge campsite on the river, right next to a railroad museum. As we were there out of season, almost all parts of the site and facilities were closed. In season, however, it certainly leaves nothing to be desired. Good sanitary facilities, professional reception. Internet expensive, but good.

With over 500 pitches, it's simply huge! Swimming pool with giant slide, sea with sandy beach, entertainment for young and old, playgrounds, football pitch, mini golf, water skiing, car wash, restaurant, simply everything available! Outside the main season, however, everything is closed, but you have peace and quiet and LOTS OF SPACE.
