Kamp yeri yeni, duşlar, tuvaletler tertemiz, giriş ve çıkışlar karekodla yapılıyor, herhangi bir güvenlik önlemi yok, bariyerin altından rahatlıkla herkes girebilir. Biz cuma gecesi konaklayacaktık, neredeyse boştu, iki karavan vardı, otelde de hiç ışık yoktu, akşam 8 gibi ulaştık, karekodla girdik,... etrafta kimse yoktu, çadırımızı kurduk. Gece yarısına doğru, uyuduk. Geceyarısından sonra alkollü iki genç çift havuza geldiler, bluetooth hoparlörden yüksek sesle müzik çalıp, yüksek sesle şarkı söylediler. Uyarmamıza rağmen devam ettiler, resepsiyonda kimse yoktu, internet sitesindeki telefonu aradım cevap veren olmadı. Uyumak imkansızdı, sabaha karşı toplanıp, kamp alanını terk ettik. Bir gün sonra kamp yönetimine durumu anlatan mail attım. Konaklama için yatırdığım ücreti geri talep ettim. Neden gece güvenlik görevlisi bulundurmadıklarını sordum. İki gün sonra telefonla aradılar. Özür dilediler. Daha önce böyle bir şey yaşamadıklarını söylediler. Kamp yeri kameralarla gözetlendiği için güvenlik görevlisi bulundurmadıklarını söylediler. Para iadesi yapmalarının mümkün olmadığını söyleyerek ücretsiz konaklama teklif ettiler. Böyle başıboş bir yerde bir gece değil bir dakika bile bulunmak istemem. Buradan uzak durun özellikle gece çok güvensiz bir yer, başınıza her şey gelebilir. Daha ciddi bir sorun yaşamamak için hiç bir güvenlik önlemi yok. Otomasyon bir yere kadar, mutlaka 24 saat güvenlik görevlisi olmalı.

equipped site - WC, showers, washing machine, dishwasher etc, machine for cassette washing. You have a bassinet for manual washing too.
Negativne strane
lack of people - no one can help you from the staff if you're in a trouble. Facilities were not clean. You may not pull out the awning as you have trees planted at the beginning of the pitch
ghost camping
Extremely disappointing experience is the constant lack of customer service. No one answers the phones, writing on their messenger account, the answer came few hours later.

To make a reservation you have to pay the full amount for the stay you're booking. Before the trip we wanted to cancel the reservation,... and we were told that is not possible.

Having the late checkout option (till 18:00, we were at the barrier 17:59, however, our QR code didn't work. As their official working time is till 17:00 no one was there to help. Thanks to other campers, we managed to go out with their QR code....

It is worth it!
You are fully supplied on your pitch - water, electricity, sewage. Have many extras. It is in a quiet area but we reached the city centre for 15 minutes by bus. We will definitely visit again in the summer to use the river-pool!
