NEW NAME - SAME CONTENT (Homepage) How is that supposed to work? Where is the farm? Obviously the homepage has been changed. In any case, we had come for the transparent farm and and would see donkeys, goats, alpacas and co. to stroke and marvel at (according to the homepage). We were told that the alpacas had been in the barn for two years and would not let themselves be touched, beware of the goats' horns, donkeys could also snap.The site is still advertised with the glass farm (Internet, posterGreat location! If they are still advertising with false offers and signs have not been changed for half a year, I find that misleading.

It would be great if there were a bit more storage space in the shower, and a small mirror would be an advantage so that you can style yourself after showering. However, these are not negative points, just a small suggestion for improvement.Pure relaxationAll in all, a wonderful campsite in the middle of nature where you can relax.

The instrument museum is nearby and the IFA vacation park is a little further away.
We had pretty shitty weather. However, the sanitary facilities are catastrophic. In the style of a converted toilet carriage in which 2 indoor showers have been installed. There is a toilet and a urine channel on the men's side. There is a curtain... so that the showering guests do not have to watch the guests relieving themselves! On the women's side there are 3 WCs and 2 showers. A curtain also provides privacy here. Cleaning is NOT done daily. There is a sink with hot water! All in all, the glass farmhouse and the pitch look unkempt. The chemical toilet cannot be disposed of on the pitch. Unfortunately there is no other campsite around Bad Elster and as we had tickets for a concert we spent 2 nights here. The price was 30€ including electricity. For anglers or motorhomes who are not dependent on sanitary facilities, you can spend the night here. The location and the peace and quiet are unique, but these are also the only plus points, especially as access with caravans or larger camper vans is difficult or even impossible.Automatski prevedeno.Odgovoreno od Vogtlandcamping July 1, 2022Dear Frank, dear guests,
We fully agree that the old sanitary trailer was really rather poor at the time. We are all the more pleased that we have long since been able to remedy this situation. We currently have spacious sanitary containers, each with separate shower, washing and toilet facilities for... men and women.
We will soon be starting construction of our new, modern sanitary building. Completion is planned for spring 2024.
We would be delighted to welcome you again in the future. We are sure that the numerous conversion and renovation works of recent years will convince you. You can get a first impression on our website, which has also been redesigned.
