Poor communication in advance. Long waiting time for e-mails and rarely anyone answers the phone and when they do, no one has a real plan. Everything is getting on in years... The campsite staff are always friendly and helpful. This year we are very pleased to welcome the groundsman, Mr. Schmidt. He is competent, friendly, always present on the site and finds a solution to every problem.

We like it very much, it's on the Fleesensee and it's quiet. There have been staff changes this year. We have a very friendly groundsman. - Tom W.July 2021Dobre straneVery beautifully situated campsite, short-stay campers have a wonderful view of the Fleesensee, nice permanent campers, friendly staff/management who leave nothing to be desired.Negativne stranenot recognizedHeidepark Silz Camping, again and againAs a family with 2 children, we spent a weekend at the campsite in Silz for the first time with our camper van. The boss confirmed the reservation unbureaucratically without any problems and sent it by email. Our pitch was 50 m from the beach with a direct view of the lake, simply a dream location. Sanitary... facilities can be reached in 200m, in 30m was a separate wash house to wash the dishes and in about 100m an extra toilet house. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The water of the lake is of very good quality, the fine sandy beach is shallow and ideal for small children. There are numerous excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity in the Müritz National Park or at the other beautiful lakes in the region. Bread rolls and a few small things can be bought in the mini market from 07-11:00 am. A small ice cream parlor and an Italian restaurant are located on the edge of the square, within 3 minutes walking distance. We felt very comfortable, relaxed and very well looked after by the site team. We are from Mecklenburg and will definitely be back.Automatski prevedeno.

There have been personnel changes since 2021. Our current groundsman Mr. Schmidt is very friendly, sociable,... reliable and keeps his cool even in stressful situations. Problems are solved immediately with his team. You can say that this change in personnel has made you feel a little more comfortable on the campsite again.

The site is really 99% for permanent campers and there are only one or maybe two handfuls of pitches for tourists. We were traveling with a tent and were assigned a pitch right by the water. Which wasn't really true, because we were able to choose... where we wanted to go on the meadow, as no one else was there yet. So we stood in the shade of large trees right by the water. I have to say that the staff at the campsite are super nice, there's nothing to complain about. The campsite is clean, the restaurant is ok and the mini market is aptly named. But that's OK, because there are plenty of shops in Malchow. The only thing that bothered me is that you have to pay extra for hot water everywhere. I can understand that in the shower, but I don't think it's up to date to pay 50 cents for 3 minutes of hot water to wash up or in the sanitary block, but that's probably due to the many permanent campers. But that's complaining on a very high level. All in all, it's a lovely place and well worth a visit.Automatski prevedeno.

The pitch was nice and big and in good order. The site is mainly used by permanent campers and there are only a few tourist pitches. We felt very comfortable there and were able to relax well. The paying customers were spoken to at eye level and the treatment was respectful and customer-oriented.Negativne straneUnfortunately, those days are long gone.The trend has been pointing downwards for a long timeThe overall quality is constantly deteriorating, whether in dealing with customers, cleaning the toilets, Wi-Fi reception, telephone availability or the management and social skills of the campsite management in the office.
