I therefore booked two nights back in December 2023. Due to an e-scooter accident resulting in surgery, I was forced to cancel these overnight stays in mid and late September. They insist on the terms and conditions and reduce... the refund of the deposit by 30%. This outrageous behavior has never happened to me at other places. These premium pitches are right on the water but only on gravel. The price of €112 for 2 days with a camper van and 2 people is far too expensive for what is on offer. It is located directly on a busy road/bridge. Street noise day and night. You can't sleep without earplugs! The price is absolutely exorbitant! Too expensive! Sanitary facilities older but clean.Automatski prevedeno. - Ralf H.June 2022Dobre straneNoneNegativne straneWe booked a premium pitch on the bank - in reality a pitch like any other, not visible from the banks of the Saale and also no direct access to the Saale, for 60.40€ per day a pure rip-off.Huge disappointment, never again KnaussI won't be going to Knauss pitches again, the pitches are pure rip-off and offer nothing at all, 60.40€ per NIGHT is already a high house number for the booked pitch which didn't reflect what I actually booked. The garden restaurant has seating from the 70s, rickety metal and wood chairs (maybe they... should raise the fees to buy good chairs).
I won't be using Knauss pitches again and certainly won't be recommending them to others - they are simply not worth it. Totally outdated.Overnight stayDespite the Acsi Card, an overnight stay with electricity, visitor's tax and environmental fee costs € 32.20. This site is no longer worth it, especially as the sanitary building is totally outdated. It wasn't clean during our stay either. Long distances to water and waste water.
Very disappointing. It was well worth it. Nice little site, without many permanent campers. Good access to the site and nice team.
Pitches are of different sizes, but adequate.
Electricity connection is sometimes a bit far, so a long cable is a "must".
Due to the location directly... at the Kurpark you are very central and everything is within walking or cycling distance.
You can leave your car for a few days.
The sanitary facilities were always very clean and perfectly adequate.
We will definitely be back, because Bad Kissingen is a great town.

I had the feeling of being a recruit in the German army. And after specifications such as distance (which was observed by me) was unfairly corrected. Beautifully situated by the spa gardens, not very big, friendly welcome. Sanitary facilities in order, except for too few toilets for the men. Everything kept very simple. Unfortunately, there is a surcharge of 5 euros per day at the Allrad Messe, which we didn't... think was right, as the site is already expensive enough without a kiosk. The center of Bad Kissingen with its restaurants and the KissSalis Therme can be easily reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The pitches seemed unparceled, as no boundaries or numbering were recognizable. The sanitary facilities... were clean, but could be scarce when fully occupied.
