- Christian S.August 2012The site was very full during the summer vacation (end of July, beginning of August), which sometimes led to waiting times for showers. The sanitary facilities correspond to the French standard, i.e. sit-down toilets without "glasses". Despite the child-friendliness of the campsite, there are no real... sanitary facilities for children under the age of 8 (apart from a baby bath). The showers are free and there are plenty of washing-up areas with hot water and for washing clothes. The site has a great playground with a bouncy castle, bouncy cushion, climbing frame and other play equipment. There is also a small "petting zoo" with goats, a pig and a number of chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs. Water points are available in the immediate vicinity of the pitches, and the pitches offer enough space for a large caravan with awning and small extra tent. Cars can be parked on the pitches. Despite the high occupancy, the site was generally quiet, which of course always has something to do with the direct neighbors. The operators are very friendly and you can order bread every day. A pizza baker, creperie, butcher etc. come to the campsite every week if you don't want to cook yourself. The beach is about 800 meters away and can be easily reached via a pedestrian path through the forest. The beach is beautiful, but partly covered with pebbles and rock formations. The village of Sarzeau is about 2 km away, where there is also a large "Super-U". The place is dominated by French people, there were also some Dutch and British people there. German holidaymakers were rarely to be found here.Automatski prevedeno.
- Luis Tariq O.August 2010Very nice, well-kept campsite with friendly owners in a rural setting. Very good for people looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.Automatski prevedeno.
