Sanitary facilities old but very clean. No toilet paper in the toilets. Large pitches. Electricity partly far away. Only 4 water points on the site. Nevertheless for 2 star place more than okay. What disturbs the nice stay are... the trains that pass the place in the morning from 05.15 clock with loud honking. Sleeping is out of the question. What a pity! At first glance the campsite seems a bit chaotic and loveless, pitches are not separated by hedges. Sanitary ok so far, could be cleaner. I found it disgusting that there were no soap dispensers, but permanently installed... soap bars. Showers are closed due to COVID-19.
Even before you reach the campsite, you can tell that it's popular with inconsiderate dog owners, as there's one pedal mine after another on the hard shoulder. This continues on the campsite, as no one is interested in the dog leash requirement and dogs run around freely if owners do not adhere to the campsite conditions. We have seen dogs urinating on vacant plots without the owners of the animals being interested.

The location makes for relatively little traffic noise - but it was slightly restless due to the heavy traffic on the site and the adjacent leisure area. The sanitary facilities were ok and the staff were friendly. Anglers will certainly get their money's worth here. A bit remote without a car or similar.Large, quiet campsite in the Moselle bendOur stay: the last week of August 2019. Mainly a transit site but also ok for a few days. A bit remote without a car. For bicycles 1 large loop, well signposted, flat ( Nancy-Tuol-Liverdun, 85 km ) Other routes you have to put together yourself with a map. Infrastructure: Restaurant with compulsory reservation,... 1 bakery ( from 7:00 ) and 1 grocery store (9:30 - 22:00) 1.3 km away in the historic village center. Some of them can be used as coupled pitches. We had chosen one of these pitches as we only wanted to stay here for one night on our way to the Auvergne. However, when a flyer about the cycle paths in the area fell into our hands at reception, we changed our plans... at short notice. The following day, we cycled along the Moselle to Nancy. The city is really worth seeing and full of life. We also really enjoyed the cycle tour towards Toul. The sanitary buildings have both been renovated and are thoroughly cleaned twice a day. Unfortunately, as is so often the case in France, toilet paper is only available in the anteroom and there is no soap or towels at the washbasins. You can eat simple meals in the small bar and buy the essentials in the store, and the bread service in the morning works perfectly. During the day, many trains pass within sight and therefore hearing distance of the campsite, but at night it is very quiet. You don't need to know French here, as the manager is happy to speak German. Actually too good for passing through. Very beautiful surroundings and right on the Moselle. Well-developed cycle paths. Can be used, for example, for a visit to the beautiful city of Nancy (approx. 24km). The site has a pool and clean,... modern sanitary facilities. There is a restaurant on the site. The pitches are large enough but some are difficult for motorhomes to reach between the trees. There is a supply and disposal station in front of the site as well as a free parking space for motorhomes (without electricity and shade). There is only a bakery and a kebab store in the beautiful neighboring village of Liverdun. There are no restaurants or shopping facilities. Nearby and within walking distance is an event area with bar and restaurant (expensive and bad). All in all, a nice and inexpensive campsite. Very suitable for long walks with four-legged friends. The campsite is actually too bad as a transit site because the town has more to offer.
