At this site, it is essential to secure the front doors additionally with lashing straps or similar. On the same night, 2 other Womos with foreign license plates were... also broken into. According to information at reception, this is not an isolated incident on the site. It is a parceled-out but very open pitch. When fully occupied, there is no privacy as the pitches are very close together. As a result, the pitch is also quite lively and noisy. Nevertheless, the site makes a well-kept impression. The... service buildings with sanitary facilities and washing facilities are quite new and very clean. There is a very small mini golf course in the middle. The reception is friendly, obliging and professional. There is also a fairly large, modern store for everyday necessities. Gothenburg can be reached quickly and easily by bus. There is a large and clean bathing area nearby, which was not very busy despite the summer vacation.Automatski prevedeno.

Reception closes at 16.00.Never again!We were there in mid-May. Although almost the entire site was free for campers, we were allocated a pitch that was far too small for our caravan and with the car next to it there was no room to set up a table and armchair. It was directly in front of the washroom/toilet entrance door. This door was opened... by a magnetic card with a penetrating noise and closed automatically with a bang. From 10.30 pm to 11.30 pm this door was operated every 10 seconds. We asked three times to be allocated another pitch, but we were always told by the unfriendly young man at reception that there was nothing else available. A Swiss camper also had to eke out an existence next to us. Obviously they don't like Austrians and Swiss on this campsite. 2 campers who arrived after us were allowed to stand on the almost free meadow. In addition, there was a caravan four places next to us which was occupied by some people with a migrant background who spent the whole day on the phone and playing Arabic music. Something like this is neither comfortable nor relaxing and this is not how you imagine a vacation after a journey of 1,700 km. We also had to pay in advance and unfortunately out of ignorance for 3 days. On the second day we had enough and left. Never again! Obviously no place for paying tourists.Automatski prevedeno.
- Sönke P.May 2018Dobre straneThe proximity to Gothenburg with the ferry docksNegativne strane"Small" pitches Narrow paths when the pitch is full.Great place, we will be backFirst of all, we used this campsite almost exclusively for an overnight stay in our own caravan and for personal hygiene. We had a look at the store, which also seems to serve bread rolls in the morning. The multilingual staff at reception are very friendly. However, you have to take a number and wait... your turn. Check in was more than uncomplicated. We had made a reservation and could have chosen our seats freely. The pitch was well filled, but not full. The "pitches" are not particularly large (approx. 80-90m²). The paved paths are also narrow. You can only push the caravan onto the pitch. There are also parking regulations. The sanitary building was clean and spacious. Showers are included without tokens or similar. We can only speak of a sanitary building here. The water was immediately hot. On the day of departure we were even able to leave the caravan free of charge until 4pm. Normally you have to be gone by 12 noon. We had pitch no. 24 right by the water and about 300m further on, on the beach, it was really busy. Nevertheless, it was quiet. We can only recommend the site. A big plus is the proximity (15 min. drive) to the ferry docks in Gothenburg. In the season there is definitely a lot going on here.Automatski prevedeno.

The public bath in the sea is within walking distance. There is also a bus station just a few minutes away, making it easy to get into the city center of Gothenburg. The sanitary buildings were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a playground for small children. This site has everything you need. The sanitary facilities were clean and well maintained. Access was only possible with a chip card. The supermarket in the reception building has everything you need, so you don't necessarily have to leave... the site. The service buildings have kitchenettes with microwave, oven and hobs. There are great lounges if the weather is bad. We were lucky with the weather...but there was a lot of wind. If you don't like a windy pitch, you should look for a pitch further away from the beach. - Maria R.May 2017Dobre stranebeautiful location modern and clean campsite attractive surroundings (Gothenburg, archipelago) suitable for hiking and cyclingNegativne straneShortage of parking spaces, no possibility to park the car outside on departure, it costs 17 EUR for a few hours on the pitchBeautifully situated and attractive Liseberg campsiteCamping Liseberg is beautifully situated in Askim Bay, less than 15 km from Gothenburg city center. In principle, it is a very large parceled-out camping meadow, and most of the pitches are equipped with electricity. The sanitary facilities are very good, both the somewhat older service building near... the reception and the more modern top service building at the other end of the site. Everything also seemed very clean (travel time June 2017). Hot water for showering is included, no inserting coins or inserting cards, just turn on the tap and off you go. That's a great service Small drawback, the pitches are quite tight. With a large tent or caravan plus car, it does get tight and you have to juggle a little with the caravan/motorhome/tent to keep to the plot boundaries. The staff are very, very friendly and helpful and they always helped you. For this nice service there is a smooth 5 stars +. You can buy bread rolls, coffee and basic necessities at reception. There is also information material about the region. The campsite has WiFi, although it is not available in every corner of the campsite, which is not to be expected. And remember, WiFi is included in the price of the overnight stay, which is very rare on campsites. Simply log in with your email address and you're online. Super! Day trips to the city of Gothenburg are quick and easy by public transport, as the Hultasen bus stop (terminus of line 93) is approx. 300 m from the campsite. With one change (Frölunda, line 50) you can be in the center of Gothenburg in half an hour. You should just leave the car there. A one-way ticket costs 29 kroner, a day ticket 90 kroner, which is about 10 EUR according to the June 2017 rate (the day ticket for one adult also entitles you to take up to three children with you!!!). Very important, tickets should be purchased in advance, tickets CANNOT be purchased on the bus. However, the campsite reception offers this service and you can buy all Västtrafik tickets here. In my opinion, the best thing is that a day ticket is also valid for the ferries to the archipelago. So you can enjoy a great day on the archipelago by bus, streetcar and ferry for EUR 10 per person. A word about the location of the campsite in Askim Bay. For many tourists, this campsite is "only" a stopover or overnight accommodation when visiting Gothenburg. It should therefore be noted that the landscape in the immediate vicinity is very attractive. You should take the time to explore the area on foot or by bike. It is well worth it! Conclusion: a beautifully situated, modern campsite with friendly and service-oriented staff. The sanitary facilities speak for themselves. Everything looks very clean and well-kept. The beautiful surroundings and the proximity to Gothenburg make this site very attractive. The overnight prices are also moderate. 5 days for two people + car + tent + electricity + hot water + WiFi for 140 EUR. That's 28 EUR per day, you really can't complain! We received a very friendly welcome and were told that the campsite was closing on our day of departure (28.08.) Our pitch had a great view of the water. The ground was a little uneven. The sanitary facilities were "semi-clean", could have been a bit... better. Otherwise, we can definitely recommend this site if you want to visit Gothenburg or take the ferry from Gothenburg. Swimming opportunities on the square and in the lido opposite the square. The sanitary facilities (2 houses) are clean but overloaded at peak times when the site is fully booked. Nevertheless, they are kept clean... regularly. There is a store with bread rolls and everything you need at the registration desk. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can easily get to Gothenburg by bus (bus stop about 10 minutes' walk from the site). The site is nice and quiet, ideal for transit and short stays.Automatski prevedeno.

Oslo's most popular lido is nearby. Oslo itself can be visited within 20 minutes by bus. The site makes a new impression with good and clean facilities, especially the sanitary facilities. The pitches are large... enough and there are rules on where to park the vehicles. The reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable. As you pay in advance, you are given an envelope for the express check-out. The store offers fresh baked goods and the essentials that campers in particular will appreciate.
