"Camping with adjoining thermal spa - come here often - We have been coming to the CP and the thermal baths here regularly every year for 13 years. Before "C", the ladies at reception were not always friendly. You felt like you were being handled. The staff have apparently been replaced and now it's better - except for one. Another hotel is being built on the site and should be ready by mid-2022. Guests fear that prices will then rise again. We pay (July 21) approx. 31 euros per night for 2 people. The ADAC card is recognized with 10 %. Please check your bills, as it often happens that the discount is not taken into account. There is no supermarket in Hegykö. There is a PRIMA in Fertöd and a Tesco, Aldi and Lidl in Sopron. You can also spend the night in front of the thermal bath in the large parking lot and enjoy the thermal bath with a day ticket. The sanitary facilities were always very clean. The spa is cleaned every evening. Yes, there are several small restaurants on the site. We don't like the greasy Hungarian food, so we are self-caterers here. You can eat better outside around the spa. But it's all a matter of taste.

"Very nice place with thermal swimming pool - Nice place with thermal bath, large swimming pool colder ideal for swimming, sanitary are clean, Several thermal pools up to 38 degrees. You won't starve from morning to night. Bread rolls are also available. Small stores not far from the site, the 1st about 500 m. Bicycle tours are very nice, through the vineyards or Neusiedlersee.

"Great winter campsite - We were there in December following a recommendation from a camper friend. Pitches are freely selectable. Electricity is available and access to the thermal pools is possible at any time. Even from 6 a.m. campers are already in the hot pool to relax before most visitors arrive. The sanitary facilities are new and clean. There are many inns and restaurants on and around the site, as well as a coffee house that offers a bread roll service in the morning. There is also a beauty salon, massage studios and a hairdresser.

"Quite good - We spent a week there at the beginning of September 2019. The thermal pools are really nice. The campsite is very clean, but the pitches are not large and not always shaded. Lots of camping cars in September. The location, close to Niedlersee and its nature park, is very pleasant.

"roadworks in the campsite area - I have been coming to this place since 2002 and several times a year 2019 in May-June it was really bad, the whole day in front of my place truck traffic, excavator sales and entry and exit of all vehicles from and to the place. sitting outside or leaving the door open was not possible, because only gasoline or diesel smell.an imposition.would have expected a more generous discount for the last 2 weeks.

Sá-Ra Termál - Hegykő „A small spa with great healing power“ The village Hegykő is located near the shore of Lake Fertő, 20 km and 5 km away from the towns of Sopron and Fertőd, respectively. Most of its natural …environment belongs to the territory of the Fertő-Hanság National Park, which has been accepted as a UNECO World Heritage Site in 2001. In recent years, the municipality has been organizing cultural programs in the village (Days of Fine Arts, Hegykőer Merrymaking and the Winter Concerts) with the intention of starting a tradition. The water of the Hegykőer hot spring, a rather hard mineral water, holds a high level of dissolved solids comprising sodium chloride, alkaline hydrogen carbonate, fluoride and sulfur with a significantly high iodide content. The water is brought to the surface from a depth of 1434 meters, with a temperature of 55°C. The health care facility, in close proximity to the swimming pools, also open throughout the winter, offers massage therapies, mud baths, high-pressure water massages and underwater remedial exercises for all those who wish to refresh themselves and heal. The services are even available within the framework of Social Security. For those guests who wish to spend a longer holiday at our spa, we provide nice rooms in our guest house and apartments. Those who–in addition to the bathing possibilities–long for fresh air and beautiful surroundings are awaited in our peaceful, quiet and cozy campsite right beside the spa.
