Very nice excursion destinations in the area.
The former groundsman unfortunately let everything fall into disrepair. The new owner and his wife have done a lot. They are friendly and helpful.... The site is clean and well-kept. The restaurant has been renovated. There is a small selection of food. There is now a small beer garden.
You can see that the campsite is on the up again.

Very noisy during the day due to the busy main road.Overrated pitch with minimal facilitiesThe site is located in a long, noisy valley on a main road. The old inn, which is in great need of renovation, and the campsite are run by friendly Dutch owners. The restaurant is smelly and doesn't exactly whet the appetite for the very limited food on offer. The campsite facilities are primitive, but... almost all work. The state of maintenance of the sanitary facilities is borderline, despite low occupancy. The sanitary sink, without any visual separation, is located on the lawn, directly next to and opposite the pitches with a floor-level inlet pipe without a basin. There is a hose section for flushing, from which rusty "drinking water" flows, just like from the other taps. The entire site makes a very neglected impression. Also very good for the dog...it goes directly into the forest via a hiking trail. Price: 1 motorhome without electricity / night 18 €... Top. we stood super on a great well-kept piece of lawn. The attached management (run by the site owner) - great. Uncomplicated! Looking forward to ... again soon :-)Automatski prevedeno.
- Hans B.August 2016Dobre straneQuietly situated in the middle of the Black Forest Tann at an altitude of 600 m, indoor swimming pool with salt water, owner-managed restaurant, consistently nice campersNegativne stranenone discovered so far :-)Dream camping as if from another worldI have already visited many campsites throughout Europe, half of them were to be forgotten for generally known reasons (proximity to the railroad and highway, gastronomic no man's land, sanitary disasters, unfriendly staff - especially at the partly arrogant AZUR chain, etc.) the other half was passable... to very good. All I can say about this campsite is that it is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest and on a small river and is run perfectly and lovingly by the owner. That's why I settled here as a permanent camper in mid-2016 :-DAutomatski prevedeno.

Were July 2015 there again. Different (also dutch owner. Minus point: emptying your chemical toilet is done "in public".... There is a dumping point in the grass, near the pitches.I find it embarrassing. You can also go to a more distant toilet building, intended for the permanent pitches.
