I'm not a fan of the fact that you have to pay extra for all activities, with the exception of mini-golf and horse riding, but pirate's nest is a no-go. Swimming pool was far too cold.
The rental bathrooms were not cleaned once in 10 days.
Please reconsider the barriers at the entrance and exit to the bathing lake. They are really not well designed for large caravans. An exit at the MC pitches would make so much more sense. Our vacation was great. There were lots of activities that we tried out and we loved them. My son would like more dance workshops. He really enjoyed that.... We liked our chalet so much and the number (house number) is our lucky number that we have booked it again for next year. The house for 6 people would not hurt a 2 toilet especially with 3 children, better of course would be a 2 bath for upstairs.
Otherwise we liked it very much overall, especially... as the weather cooperated.
The staff is nice and courteous, the cleanliness of the house ok. There have probably been a few cards under the sofa for a long time.

1. the regulation with the swimming pool that you have to stand in line for 30 minutes to visit it spoils the fun so you don't visit it more often, I think there are certainly other ways to regulate it Pitch a little more expensive but... swimming pool for free or settlement of swimming pool visits on departure.
2. there are such nice animatons and handicraft activities on offer, but they are so full that unfortunately you can't get to them and therefore have sad children. Maybe work with registrations or move to a larger tent if the space is so full!
3. we have never had such poor WLAN and network reception on a campsite! - Sonja J.October 2024Fall time at the South Seas campBecause our 14-year-old son was going to a concert in Hamburg, we combined our autumn vacation with a trip to the South Sea camp. We spent some lovely days there. A visit to the outlet, Walsrode and chilling out in the caravan made the time fly by. The teenager didn't get bored either, as the teenagers met up in the evenings where the Wi-Fi was good.

We booked a pitch with WiFi, or rather... WiFi was advertised, but there was no WiFi available. If you came in briefly between 11am and 1pm, you were immediately kicked out... The place was only 50% occupied. This is advertising false facts.
