Very nice facility.
We were greeted late at night by the night watchman.
The pitches are only available in one version. Sometimes bigger, sometimes smaller. Depending on where you stand, you have to lay your cable across the path.
The sanitary facilities... are top notch and are constantly cleaned. The pool area is very nice.
Depending on the time of year, it can be very loud in the showers if the kids don't want to. You have to like it.
The restaurant is nice and good. A little more expensive. Wifi only in the area around the pool and the bar. Small store. Next supermarket 15 min. walk.
Very dark in the pitches area as no lights. Maybe repaired in high season.

With the frequency of visitors, the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities will inevitably suffer somewhat.Negativne straneIf you want to look meticulously for disadvantages now, you could criticize the fact that a child sometimes cries in the morning or that you find exactly a 5-minute time slot in which the toilets are not freshly cleaned. Electricity is included in the pitch (€26/night for 2 people with a van in May 2022)Family paradiseWe stayed here for about a week at the end of our trip around the island. You have everything you need to relax. The campsite is very child-friendly, but those who want peace and solitude will probably not be quite so happy here.
The quality of the beach restaurant is very good, and the prices are the same as we have experienced almost everywhere. The pizza is excellent.

And: The campsite's own shop really only has the bare essentials.
But the nearest supermarket is only a few hundred meters away.

Super wash houses, very clean, lots of space for the children to run around. Private beach (approx. 400 meters from the tent area), good infrastructure (food, store, bar), varied pool. Perfect for a beach vacation, but not for getting to know Corsica. Campers are accommodated far from the sea and you have to walk about 500m to the ordinary but clean beach. The sanitary facilities are almost new and very pretty, as well as impractical, dark and confusing. The pool is great... and the slides were an experience for us. - Thomas S.July 2016Good place with direct access to the seaThe campsite is located directly by the sea, although there are a few meters to walk from the pitches. The pitches are slightly sloping and separated from each other by vegetation. Electricity (6A) and water are never far away. The majority of the site is dominated by rental accommodation. The beach... is relatively narrow and stony, the stones continue into the sea, which is why it is difficult to get in without shoes. But a few meters to the south you can go for a wonderful swim. The sanitary facilities were great, relatively new and mostly clean. Individual wash cubicles and showers with washbasins available. The swimming pools were not used, but should be ideal for children. There were plenty of free pitches at the beginning of July. All the staff were very friendly.Automatski prevedeno.

The sanitary facilities are relatively new and clean. The water in the showers was always warm. The pool area is very well-kept and the children had a lot of fun. The beach is about 5 minutes away. You simply choose your own pitch. The tent pitches are in the area after the reception, i.e. not directly by the sea. In partial shade, great! Short walk to the pool/bar/shop/wifi area. Walk to the sea max. 5 min (through the mobile homes area). Good sanitary facilities. Extensive... sandy beach with clear water. Nice playground by the sea. One of the highlights is the beach restaurant: great atmosphere and great quality. The only downside is that you can hear the traffic from the main road in the campsite area. This is clearly audible from 5 o'clock in the morning. Sensitive people should have oropax ready.Automatski prevedeno.

Wonderful in the low season. Great pool, no entertainment in June, so it was nice and quiet, but the children made friends quickly! the beach was almost completely empty in June... unfortunately we are now tied to the school vacations... maybe we'll give it a try anyway.Automatski prevedeno.

- Familie m.August 2013We spent our last summer vacation 5 people 2 adults, 3 children (8,5,5) in August at this campsite. Camping Le Campoloro is located about 40 km south of Bastia on the east coast of Corsica, an ideal starting point for many excursions. The location of the campsite is very nice. The pitches offer plenty... of shade, the size of the pitches varies greatly - in the high season, it was sometimes very cramped. Depending on the pitch, it is approx. 250 - 500 m to the beach. There are 2 sanitary facilities. These are not sufficient in the high season. There are queues in the evening and the water is not quite as warm. Unfortunately, there were no hooks here, so you either had to hang your clothes over the door or lay them over the washbasin when showering. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The campsite offers entertainment 5 evenings a week. (Karaoke, DJs, children's musicals, bands). So if you want to have a quiet evening or have small children, it will be problematic, because the volume of these shows is very high. Sporting activities are also catered for. There is a fitness room, aqua gym, water polo, table tennis and a soccer pitch. If you want, you can play boules at any time. Unfortunately, the children's playground is far too far away from the pitches. In the middle of the campsite is the very tastefully designed pool area with 3 pools. There is a snack bar and café around the pool area. There is no mini market, just a small room where you can buy only the most necessary things. There are very large supermarkets nearby, which are not within walking distance, but can be reached by car in max. 10 minutes. There is a butcher's shop in front of the campsite which is highly recommended. The internet is chargeable! The big plus of this campsite is really the close proximity to the beach. The beach is very clean. The water only gets shallower, which is great for small children. There is a beach restaurant with very good food. The beach section at the campsite is slightly wider, but it gets narrower as you walk along it. Even in high season, it's not overcrowded - you can even find a spot for yourself. Conclusion: The campsite is okay, but it also raises its prices sharply every year.Automatski prevedeno.
