Campsite on the highway
After a rainy stay in the north of Slovenia, we were looking for the sun and the sea. We wanted another small campsite, but unfortunately there were none on this small stretch of sea. After an endless search for a campsite, we decided on this one. We pitched our tent at the top of the terraced slope,... with the highway running 30 meters behind it. Unfortunately, the cars also drove during the night, so we didn't sleep a wink. The next day we left the site in a hurry and drove back north. The campsite is located next to a salt works, which is quite easy to walk through. The toilets are in a container, but they are clean. The staff are also friendly. Unfortunately, there are hardly any parking spaces and the traffic wardens come through regularly.
