Definitely again and againAutomatikusan lefordítva.- Karl K.June 2023PozitívumokThe location directly on the lake would be very nice, but ...NegatívumokThe place is not really maintained, everything is old and dirty, but they are happy to take a lot of money for it.A beautiful place, but not cared for by the owners and not maintained enough.We chose this campsite when we were passing through to spend a few days here. The invitingly beautiful pictures on the website prompted us to do so, but what we found was a completely different story.
The site has great potential, but the owners really neglect everything that is possible: there is no... proper maintenance of the park, the areas for guests are old + run-down, sanitary facilities are technically defective + sub-standard, sometimes disgusting. Access to the lake is not safe, also full of bird droppings - swans use it as a toilet. There are sun loungers on the lawn which can be used but are extremely dirty. Walking barefoot is not possible at all, there is a species of thistle in the meadow that makes this impossible. The sunbathing lawn is used by dog owners as a place to defecate and of course nothing is cleaned up. The owners don't care either. The children's play area is dirty, lodgey, outdated and there is a risk of injury (we didn't have any children with us but noticed that no children wanted to play there either). The children present regard the entire area as a playground at all times of the day and night. There seem to be no regulations from the operators, or they don't care if the usual quiet times (e.g. midday from noon to 2pm or in the evening from 11pm) are not adhered to. In general, there seems to be little order at this site and little consideration is shown for others/neighbors. The Italian long-term campers in particular show their best side here: loud, ignorant and disrespectful towards other property.
By the way: not every pitch is supplied with electricity, water is only available in a few places and there is no drinking water, no waste water and no shopping facilities on site. Recommendation: move on, there are other campsites nearby.Automatikusan lefordítva. - Ueli R.September 2020PozitívumokVery nice location, far away from the road and train.NegatívumokSomewhat difficult to reach.Beautifully situated placeFriendly welcome despite bad weather and no other campers. The access road is good, the pitches approx. 50 m2, shade to semi-shade due to deciduous trees. Level pitch. In the rear part of the site are permanent tenants, in the front towards the lake are the pitches for tourists. The lake is very shallow... with a wide sandy beach depending on the water level. The sanitary facilities are old, some with floor toilets, there was only one toilet with a toilet seat. You can see that the wall tiles, washbasins and mirrors have been replaced. However, everything was always clean. No toilet paper and soap. Hot shower with tokens (which I received free of charge). It was fine for us. There is a bar and a restaurant next door where you supposedly eat very well. Both are frequently visited by locals. On the weekends in summer there is supposed to be music and dancing. Bread can be ordered, next shopping possibility in Ispra.Automatikusan lefordítva.

Unfortunately, the lake was a few hundred meters away due to the persistent drought. Restaurant mediocre. It is possible to order bread. Bar in a great location. Beautiful walks along the shore. Good restaurant.NegatívumokSlightly crowded, small, super crowded at the weekend. In the absence of an alternative, the entire population meets here.Small vacation spot with an Italian atmosphere and little peace and quiet, but dedicated.There were two of us with two scooters and we arrived at 7.30 pm. Easy registration. Free choice of seats. Immediately into the water and showered. Super. We bought shower tokens for free. Hot water was a bonus. Super restaurant with great food by the lake. Unfortunately we weren't served as it was incredibly... busy. It was the Friday evening before Whitsun. In the absence of any other suitable local restaurant, this is where the whole population meets. We left empty-handed and had to drive to Ispra at half past nine to get something to eat. We were back on site at 11.00 pm. The noise level with salsa and other South American dance music was deafening. The entire village population was there, swaying to the beat. Things quietened down at 0.30 am. We whiled away the time in the deckchairs on the beach before going to bed. Super view. It's not big, but it has a nice beach with a volleyball court, slide, sandpit and lots of sun loungers. You can also hire surfboards free of charge. There is a bar which is unfortunately only open until midnight. The pizzeria is very good. I look forward to my vacation every year.Automatikusan lefordítva.

You can do so much and relax from the stress. There are old surfboards for the children to paddle on the lake. The large sandbank is also great. I think it's great to admire the Monte Rosa. - Hannes B.May 2015Back to the 70sYou really do feel like you've been transported back to the 70s here. Everything is a little dignified, musty and sleepy. But the view makes up for it if, like us, you get a pitch in the front row by the lake and the sunbathing lawn. The toilets (half German, half French) have seen better days. The "shower... token eater" didn't work for us in 2 out of 3 cases, so cold showers were the order of the day. There is nothing, nothing and nothing in the immediate vicinity! The numerous helicopters that bring the Swiss aristocracy to and from Zurich in the morning and evening are annoying. The adjacent bistro with constant noise on the terrace was also a bit annoying.Automatikusan lefordítva.
