Excellent clean sanitary facilities! Optimal with dogs. We didn't find it noisy, that's probably because of where you have your pitch!

axel j.July 2024Pozitívumoka friendly reception is the only advantageNegatívumoktariff seen the location noise trains from the road ... they put me just at the entrance to the campsite ...camping to be avoidedthe worst campsite of my trip in Germany, Switzerland and Italy. A transit site for us on the way to Corsica.
Small, nice place. The overnight stay with TrailerTent and two people cost us 52€, electricity incl.
Extension until 6 p.m. the next day another €10.82. Small bistro attached. There was even a small snack with a drink.
Sanitary facilities are getting on in years but clean.

This means that most campers use it as a transit campsite and only sleep there for one night.
The reception is open from 8 to 11 am and from... 5 to 9 pm. Very attentive staff. The services are sufficient and always clean. Swimming pool but it is very small. There is a restaurant.
At night the vials are poorly lit.
Price, in low season, 59.9 CHF for 3 people per night. The staff at the campsite and in the restaurant were really super nice and friendly. The... sanitary facilities are not new, but have probably always been upgraded in the past. Everything was also spotlessly clean. The location is good, you know that you are staying not far from the highway, but the background noise is really bad at night. We also ate directly on site. The term snack bar doesn't really do justice to the service, restaurant would be more appropriate. We were served one of the best pizzas there. Otherwise the location is terrible, a long stretch of road with a row of pitches to the left and right, right next to the first high-rise buildings in Bellinzona. Everything is neatly maintained. Good pitches, but the state of the electrical connections does leave something to be desired. Lots of possibilities for excursions though. Examples: 1. day trip to... Milan. 2. day trip to Genoa. 3. visit to the city of Bellinzona. 4. visit to the city of Lugano. 5. visit to the city of Como (Italy) with its historic center. 6. visit to Locarno. 7. day trip around Lake Maggiore. 8. day trip to Gotthard Pass (via the old road "Hauptstrasse 2"). 9.
