Lots to do on Terschelling, the campsite is centrally located on the island, great atmosphere, campsite is car-free and 'The men from Hee'

There is nothing like camping on the cage
Delightful campsite in Terschelling. We stayed here in 2016 and 2017. Hospitable and friendly reception. Great facilities and lots of tents. Children can roam freely, the campsite is car-free. There is, even with less good weather, plenty to do on Terschelling. Everything can be reached by bike. Right next to the campsite is the lake of Hee, where you can swim.

The layout of the campground was nice. We were in a field for families with young children. Lake and bike rental on site.

Noise pollution in the evening and at night. Campground was expensive in relation to quality. Showers too few too expensive. Too far from the beach
Nice layout of fields, lots of noise, too few showers, too expensive.
The showers were always occupied, there were only two showers for about five fields. Moreover, showering was expensive one euro for seven minutes. There was a lot of noise in the evening and at night from the restaurant in the campground. Music and movie nights produced a lot of noise. And a lot of screaming people walking around the campsite in the evening and at night.
