AnDi X.April 2019PozitívumokClean and well-kept CP with friendly staff and good connections to BarcelonaNegatívumokThe town of Canet de Mar offers littleWell-maintained CP with good connections to BarcelonaWhat Canet de Mar itself lacks in attractiveness (at least in the low season), the campsite more than makes up for: well-maintained site with 2 pools, restaurant, bar and mini-market, everything well-maintained and clean. The sanitary facilities are new and clean at all times. And even the pools are... already in operation in the low season (mid-April). The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The pitches are large enough for motorhomes or caravans with awning and towing vehicle. You can hear the through road and the railroad line in front of the campsite, but it didn't bother us. The connection to Barcelona (half an hour by train, travel time approx. 1 hour) is ideal for exploring the city several times. The site is like a green oasis in the desert. The pitches are big enough for a 7m caravan, a Vorzeit and a car. Very good tree population. Plenty of shade, which is worth its weight in gold when it's 30 degrees outside. Very friendly and helpful... staff. Helped us very well in finding a kennel. The campsite's own supermarket has the essentials. We did not find the prices to be overpriced. A discount store is within 5 minutes walking distance. Sanitary facilities, pool tip-top clean. Here you could really concentrate on relaxing. The city beach is also very easy to reach on foot in 7-10 minutes. Simply perfect .Automatikusan lefordítva.

The campsite is laid out like a shell, with the pool area, restaurant, small kiosk and playground as well as a football/basketball pitch at the top. The site is maintained/cleaned every day by the gardeners and the cleaning staff keep the sanitary facilities in good... condition every day. To get to the beach, you have to cross a road, but you can be at the water within 5 minutes. M. B.September 2014Small but nice campsite!The Cp is excellent - location, sanitary facilities (incl. free showers!) and large pool area with loungers are just great! The pitches are usually not very large, but were just big enough for a 6.00m caravan... The paths and pitches are swept daily... The sanitary facilities are cleaned several times... a day... Small store for essentials... The snack bar is a bit basic, but the cuisine is very good, e.g. for a nice dinner... In addition to tennis and ball courts (until 11pm!), there are also four boules courts... even in the off-season the Cp is quite well occupied... In 2014, we unfortunately found some of the paths on the Cp to be in poor condition due to washouts from torrents of water in the previous bad weather phase - not so easy to cycle on The access to the beach indicated by the Cp management is only recommended to a limited extent! Both the passage under the track and the beach area there are not particularly inviting (this is the only reason why I don't give more points for the location!) Recommendation: Instead of turning left from the Cp past the traffic circle, it is better to turn right towards the center of the village - after approx. 700m there is a first, 200m further on another, here also suitable for bicycles (and quite clean) undercrossing of the road and the railroad. Behind it, a kilometer-long beach promenade opens up - very easy to walk and cycle on, a wonderful long sandy beach with several cafés - we drank con leche in a different café every day... Directly in the center of the village (here you can eat well and cheaply!) and further back at the harbor there are also access roads for cars to parking facilities directly on the beach... Thursday is market day in the center of Canet - definitely worth experiencing, with stalls, jugglers, music, street theater... We've been coming for years...! (especially as with our CampingCard for the off-season the daily flat rate for car, caravan, electricity, 2 pers. + WiFi is only €16.00 + €1.00 ct).Automatikusan lefordítva.

We used it for one night as a stopover on our way back from the Costa Blanca. All the facilities are very basic but extremely well maintained and clean. The reception and site staff are very helpful. On arrival and departure, 2-3 site workers... are ready to maneuver the caravan without being asked. I've never experienced that before. The place and the beach are very unkempt, which is why the place is not suitable for a longer vacation. It's a shame really, we would have felt comfortable here for longer.Automatikusan lefordítva.- René R.June 2012We used the place for a sightseeing tour of Barcelona. It's a 15-minute walk to the train station, where a train leaves every 15 minutes. In the morning, a bus runs directly from the square to Barcelona. Both options take just under an hour. There is also a night bus service from Barcelona to the square.... Detailed information about Barcelona is available at reception. The site is located directly on the busy C31, but is comparatively quiet, at least at night. On arrival, various pitches are shown depending on the shade required and the space needed. The pitches are on level ground and not particularly large. The pitches for tourists are in the center of the site, with permanent campers and rental mobile homes at the outer ends. There is a nice swimming pool, a basketball court and a soccer pitch. The unkempt public beach is about 600 m away through an underpass. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained and clean. There is a very simple restaurant, a tiny store for the essentials and a bar. Wifi is available here free of charge. There is a supermarket right next to the campsite.Automatikusan lefordítva.

- Daniel K.August 2010The place itself and the sanitary facilities are really top, although the cleanliness of the san. Facilities in the low season (September) already decreases, because they are cleaned only 1-2x, instead of 3-4x a day (as in the main season). The staff is super friendly. Only the young couple who seem... to run the place is quite arogant and does not leave such a great impression. Absolutely unclear what is a large and small plot. In 2009 we had a very small plot where there was just enough space for a 4m caravan and a 4m car. In 2010 we had at least 50% larger plot. Both times we were charged for the large one. If you ask - they suddenly don't understand us any more... The beach is very nice (does not belong to the site) and clean.Automatikusan lefordítva.
