- Andrea M.július 2020PozitívumokThe campsite is super clean, everyone is super friendly and there's delicious food on top. We look forward to visiting you again soon.Negatívumok-Top campsiteWe were there for the first time last year and loved it. It was clean and tidy everywhere, our dog felt totally at home and the children were made very welcome. Everyone is super nice and we are going back this year and are really looking forward to it.Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Jörg-Peter F.június 2018PozitívumokNone recognizableNegatívumokNo shade available, sanitary building old and dirty, no toilet paper, soap and drying paper.CP suitable for a stopover!Arrival Tuesday: With luck someone will be available by phone, otherwise the restaurant and registration are closed!!! The site offers nothing to make you stay. Only meadow, a few trees for fixed campers: at over 30° you won't find a cool place. The sanitary block under the restaurant is ancient, dirty... and dark. There is no toilet paper, soap or dry towels!!! A deposit is required! A key for the barrier and sanitary block is issued against a deposit. If one person goes shopping, the other can't use the toilet - that's modern!!! We fled on the 2nd day and looked for and found a nice campsite.Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Jürgen G.május 2017PozitívumokPrice/performance is right, lots of space as not parceled out, friendly staff.NegatívumokI would have to lie now, but I won'tBeautiful place ...Since Benie took over the place, the friendliness has increased from 0 to 500. He goes out of his way to please everyone and everything - really great! The food in the restaurant is ok, price performance is right, logically, there are also tastier dishes here. The place is clean and well maintained, the sanitary facilities, ok already old, but clean and that counts for us. Keep up the good workAutomatikusan lefordítva.

- Martin R.szeptember 2015PozitívumokCentral location for day trips to Trier and Mosel villages, good restaurantNegatívumokSanitary outdated and partly without light, "Please bring your own toilet paper", pitches directly on the water only for permanent campersThere are nicer places nearby...We actually wanted to stay at the campsite for 6 nights, but left after the second night because we found a nicer campsite on our day trips along the Moselle and the site in Klüsserath simply didn't offer anything special. The site itself is simply a large meadow, the pitches right by the water are reserved... for permanent campers (as is the case almost everywhere on the Moselle) and the guests simply park somewhere else. At least the site is clean, but the maintenance only consists of occasional lawn mowing. When we arrived, we were initially confused because there was a sign with an arrow saying "Registration", but there was no other sign saying "Reception" or similar at the restaurant (where registration takes place). And at the registration desk, the friendly lady was somehow a bit slow on the uptake, as she managed to misspell our 4-letter place of origin three times despite spelling it out and also had to ask us again and again for every other answer. Later on, we always had the feeling that the restaurant owners were just casually running a campsite. Please do not misunderstand: The restaurant is good and also reasonably priced (however, the menu lacked regional dishes for me, it was just a 08/15 standard menu), but an operator should have a bit more enthusiasm for their campsite. What I found really negative were the sanitary facilities. For the large site there is only one complete wash house in the basement of the restaurant, a little further out there is at least a small toilet container. However, the sanitary facilities were undersized for the size of the site. The note "Please bring your own toilet paper" on the doors annoyed me just as much (who likes to walk halfway across the campsite with a roll of toilet paper?) as the cleaning times from 10am to 12pm. When you're on vacation, you want to sleep in and then have a leisurely breakfast, so you might not finish breakfast until around 10 or half past 10. If you want to go to the wash house then, you're out of luck. The cleaning times should have been scheduled for the lunch break, 10 am is definitely too early. At least the sanitary facilities were clean after cleaning. However, they are not modern and have the charm of 1970s original equipment. And another point of criticism about the wash house: as it is located in the basement of the restaurant, there is hardly any daylight in the sanitary area. The wash house should actually be permanently lit, but this is not the case. Of course there is light in the morning and evening, but in the afternoon and at night we had no light there and there is no light switch for visitors to switch the light on and off themselves. So in the afternoon you can go about your business in the semi-dark, but if you have to go out urgently at night you should also take a flashlight with you (as well as toilet paper, if you haven't forgotten it). Opinions can be divided about shower coins, but everything worked here. Apart from that, the site doesn't offer much. There is a bread roll service, but there is no supermarket in the village, which is otherwise a "dead zone". You can drive around in the vineyards and watch the hang-gliders taking off from the summit (they like to land on the meadow right next to the campsite or, in our case, in a tree on the campsite about 20m next to our caravan :D ). Otherwise, however, the site is well suited for day trips to Trier, Luxembourg, Zell, Bernkastel and the other Moselle villages. You can't hear the adjacent roads at night and fortunately there is no annoying railroad line like at other Moselle campsites. Nevertheless, we found another campsite on a day trip that we liked better and therefore left early.Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Petra W.június 2015PozitívumokNice location, friendly staff!NegatívumokFront pitches occupied by permanent campers.Beautifully located CP directly on the banks of the MoselleWe were on the site from Corpus Christi to the long weekend (also with Womo) and can not agree with the previous speaker. We received a very friendly welcome. The groundsman Hugo is extremely helpful and very nice. The site is a meadow area directly on the banks of the Moselle; unfortunately the front... pitches are occupied by permanent campers and a view of the river from the rear pitches is not possible. At most, the front (permanent) camping pitches are pitched. Nevertheless, we like the site. The lawns are very well maintained and are populated by a colorful camping crowd (tents, caravans and motorhomes). The wash house is simple, no longer the newest but the facilities were always clean. The campsite also has a nice restaurant with an outdoor seating area. Fresh bread rolls are available in the morning. There are beautiful hiking trails from Klüsserath. Paragliders also get their money's worth here. There is a paragliding field in the immediate vicinity of the CP. The campsite is also ideal for dog lovers; there is a large meadow between the campsite and the neighboring motorhome site. The site is ideal for a short break, as we did. We will definitely be back!Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Martin S.június 2015NegatívumokShameless operatorOutrageous operator! When we arrived, we asked if we could stay for a day or two with our camper van. As there was enough space, we were allowed to. But when we wanted to leave the next day, we were insulted in the worst possible way by the site manager. "Always these camper van people, they only stay for one day. Impudence!... I won't let people like you on the campsite again!" When I kindly asked why he was ranting like that, I was insulted and shouted at louder and louder. No free choice of pitch, quote: "I decide where you stand!", pitches are allocated regardless of your wishes, sanitary building partly from the 70s, no toilet paper, no soap, no paper towels. Thank you, this site: never again! I recommend all motorhome campers to avoid this site!Automatikusan lefordítva.
