"If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you - Our first camping vacation in Normandy and then a direct hit for us with the choice of pitch. If it can be considered a big disadvantage at all, the network was still 3G on some days. However, the provider "Orange" is responsible for this and not the campsite. We would recommend the site to our camping friends at any time.

"A very quiet place - Sebastian and Sebastian take great care to ensure that people feel comfortable on their pitch. The location is very good for visiting the landing beaches of Utah Beach with the museums. The sanitary facilities look like makeshift but are spotlessly clean, I think I always saw someone cleaning. No gender segregation, with and without glasses, no paper. The pitches are a pleasant size and have electricity, fresh water has to be fetched a little further away. (Depending on the pitch). The wifi at reception is ok and free. Bread and crossants can be ordered in advance, or you can have breakfast in the snack bar. As the campsite is in the Marais and the tide is high, you should wear boots for walks towards the sea. The nearest supermarket is about 15 km away in Sainte-Mère-Église.

"4-star campsite - pure nature - insider tip - Very well maintained and cozy facility, small but nice not overcrowded, the croissants and baguettes taste excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful they speak excellent English, pitches are light three-sided separated bays, on foot is ma min few minutes at the water, this place is the favorite of my 2-week tour through Normandy ...

La Baie des Veys campsite is located on the beautiful, rugged Normandy coast on the Cotentin peninsula. You can camp here near the historic Utah Beach, which is only a ten-minute drive away. Families and couples looking for nature and …tranquillity will feel at home at this campsite with clean sanitary facilities. La Baie des Veys campsite is an ideal starting point for visiting the many attractions in the area. Of course, you can also explore the beautiful surroundings on foot or by bike. Thanks to its beautiful location, it is only a few steps from the pitches to the bay. The campsite has a boules court and a table tennis table that are at your disposal. We will get you in the mood for your holiday! You will also have the pleasure of taking a dip in the heated swimming pool! The restaurant is open every day in July and August. In the other periods, it is closed on Wednesday evenings. The Baie des Veys campsite offers you all the services you need for a successful holiday: summer entertainment: karaoke, concerts, daily fresh bread on order, heated swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September from 10:00 to 19:00. When you walk across the campsite, you will immediately notice the beautiful planting. The well-kept grounds consist of two parts. One part is for permanent guests and guests who rent a lodge tent or hiker's cabin. The other part is for campers, caravans and tents. The modern sanitary facilities are right next to the reception building and are very clean.
