The reception gentleman is disappointed. I got quote by email clearly listing as above first sentence, but when arrived, he seems forgot price quoted before and and requote 30 euro. I said can present him email for evidence,... of course,he said no need and agreed 20 euro again. Please check camping. info, saying 17.50 -20.50 euro, but for caravan and electricity.I believe reader can tell cost difference already even with basic 17.50 euro.
The sanitary is clean,but again the beginning experience has already planted an untrusted seeds,who could keep greatful feeling to enjoy sanitary quipment?
I hope business person can draw an equal line,same standard for all permanent campers and persons from outside the country.Otherwise better marking on Google map 'for local only'. When do business partially rely on Google map, you are representing Germany!Never shame your coutry, please...
Why I stress above? Because I travelled the country over one month this trip.I again and again experienced same story everywhere. I checked every camper around me, local persons always paying low than I pay. Comparing with 5 years ago, this trip is disappointing. It is not only money, it is the doubt for human nature!
!!!! At the end !!! When I rated on this website, it is a few weeks later than Google map, I got owner's reply! So shocking, he insulted I was 'yelling' and gave him pressure to change to low price...Come on...how could a man spoke out such non-existing words? The customer as you mentioned in your reply,he and I lived in same tent area, he is cycling man , he comforted my family later that night,one sentence only 'well..
Lady, you can understand business man no difference everywhere in the world',full of helpless, sneering, regret representing a local person!

The so-called comfort pitches are not automatically comfort pitches just because they are called that. Our pitch was spacious and had electricity, fresh water, waste water and satellite connections... and a beautiful view of the canal. The ground was similar to a paddock, more earth than grass.
The operator was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, he was also ignorant when I pointed out to him that the toilet seat in one of the men's toilets was completely encrusted with urine scale and that the seat in the second cubicle was crooked. According to him, the operator wanted to pass this on to his staff. Nothing happened in this respect. In general, the sanitary facilities on pitch 1 (between the lake and the canal) are outdated and no longer up to date. The scullery is located between the ladies' toilets and the ladies' showers. This means that the ladies always have to go through the scullery from the toilets to the showers. And in the men's WC, the two urinals are right at the entrance, so you have to push around the people peeing when you want to enter or leave the sanitary building. There are only two toilet cubicles for the men. They are only cleaned once a day. Far too little, as it turned out. There was also a constant lack of toilet paper. Only the operator knows why the cassette toilet emptying system has to be so full of dust and cobwebs and otherwise look disgusting.

When we made our reservation, we asked for a pitch on the shore on the "peninsula" (pitch 1) and got one. When we arrived, it turned out that these very chic pitches were overgrown with many tall oak trees, which left the pitch below mostly shady.... In addition, it was of course autumn during our stay and the oaks dropped huge amounts of acorns on the ground. There were lots of bangs on the caravan and sitting outside was no longer possible. Despite the tripod and extension cable, satellite reception was only possible with major interference. The pitches have a TV connection right next to the power connection, but the pitch's own satellite system didn't seem to be working either. 2 hours after our arrival, we asked at reception for another pitch. As there were hardly any other tourist campers, this wasn't a problem. So we quickly dismantled again and then moved to the relatively new pitches (pitch 4). There were lots of oak trees there too, but they were all still low so that they couldn't rain on the caravan. We finally had the peace and quiet we were looking for. However, there is a railroad line at the end of "pitch 4" where a passenger train passes every half hour. You could hear it on our pitch, but it wasn't really disturbing because of the distance. However, this can be different the further east you pitch. Satellite reception also worked straight away on our new pitch, as there were no tall trees to the south.
From our new pitch, it was easy to reach the wash house. This was always kept clean, was largely modernized and you didn't need shower coins either.
There is a small snack bar right next to the wash house, which was open at the weekend during our stay. Most of the pitches are permanent campers but very neat and tidy, the pitches for tourists are also very good and many of these pitches offer a direct view of the water, simply wonderful. It is advisable... to have a power cable of at least 10-15 meters as many power connections are on the opposite side of the actual pitch. Pitch is.
There is also a nice playground for children.
The sanitary facilities are clean and well-maintained, and there are no additional costs. Of course, it's not a premium site with entertainment and all kinds of bells and whistles. But that's not what it's supposed to be and that's not what it promises.
The... comfort pitches we used at the edge of the field were clean, had electricity, fresh water and waste water and could have accommodated larger caravans and motorhomes. The toilets in the wash house were always clean (showers could not be used due to Corona restrictions).
There is a kiosk on site that provides you with small treats and fresh bread rolls in the morning, and its restaurant is also located directly on the lakeside bathing area and invites you to linger. The place is very friendly. Children also feel at home thanks to the lake, playground and soccer pitch. The surrounding area is perfect for walking and cycling.
