- Martin R.May 2024PozitívumokProximity to the city, greenery, pitches (condition, size)?NegatívumokNoisy, highway in the immediate vicinity, poor advice moderate comfort: no soap in the toilet, no paper, moderate sense of security: suburban location, only barrier, no gate, fence, none of the owners on site, logistics seem provisional: reception in container, design of the entrance areaWeekly stayFirst impression. The campsite is designed for transients, who are not bothered by the extreme road noise and the poor cycle path connection to the city, nor by the sanitary facilities without soap and toilet paper. On the plus side, there is a nice pool with a large slide.Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Jürgen R.August 2019PozitívumokGood infraNegatívumokFreeway and trainnot quite so quiet city campingHow this place gets four out of five points for quietness is beyond me. But if you don't care about the constant background noise of the highway and train line, this is a good place to stay in acceptable proximity to Arles.Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Míčová M.June 2019Pozitívumokclean, swimming poolNegatívumokxTouristUsual camp, with swimming pool, which was the greatest thing in 40C heat:-): Situated about 2km from the city center of Arles.Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Frank-Helmut W.June 2019PozitívumokLocation to the city (good bus connections), swimming poolNegatívumokA little too much road noise from the nearby national highway.Best place in ArlesA well-known site for us, which used to be called "Les Rosiers". Level pitches that are not very grassy and mostly earthy, they are medium to very shady. Unfortunately, the Route Nationale is clearly audible, but it is fine at night. The former tent meadow on the right-hand edge no longer exists; there... are now rental cabins there. The sanitary facilities are clean. Unfortunately, there are too few water taps and the toilet outlet is in front of the campsite, which means you have to walk a long way. Facilities: 2 pools and water slide (very clean), small restaration, washing machine; WLAN very expensive (4 €/day!). There is hardly any difference in prices between low and high season - mid-June: 24 € mosquito infestation (applies to all sites in Arles)! Make sure you use mosquito repellent! You often only notice the beasts when you feel 1 million itchy bites the next morning. The city bus (line 3 - final stop) takes you into town in 6 minutes on foot from the square. The bus runs through the middle of a huge shopping center, which makes shopping very easy even without a car. On the way back, simply take the bus to the terminal ("Le Crau"). The single journey is reasonably priced: €1 each way. There is a boulangerie and an epicerie at the Pont-de-Crau stop. The site is also suitable for a longer stay and as a starting point for a tour of the town by bus (amphitheater, Ste.Trophime church, cryptoporticus under the town hall,...), Provence and the Camargue.Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Pascal H.June 2019PozitívumokGood starting point to Provence and Camargue Pool with large slide beautiful large pitches with lots of greeneryNegatívumoksanitary facilities noisy streetWell located campsite for tours in ProvenceThe campsite is located near a highway and a railroad track. Both, especially the road, are clearly audible. Unfortunately for us, there was also construction work on the access road to the campsite. Despite the noise, the campsite is quite cozy. The pitches are very large! With lawns, hedges and lots... of trees. This invites you to linger. The sanitary facilities are (unfortunately) unisex. There is no toilet paper and the invention of the toilet seat has not yet reached this French campsite. There is a restaurant on the site, which is more of a small snack bar. You can order baguettes and croissants for breakfast at reception. The town of Arles is not far away. Provence is on the doorstep. As is the Camargue. A good starting point for wonderful tours in the countryside. There is a pool with a large slide on the site! Ideal for children.Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Hans-Wilhelm v.June 2016PozitívumokProximity to townNegatívumokUnsuitable for campers!Caravans seem to be a discontinued model - cabins are more lucrativeThe new sanitary building was not yet finished - the old one was scrap. Fresh water for campers was a problem. No water taps far and wide! I will not visit this site again and would advise anyone to find a better site.Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Thomas Z.June 2015PozitívumokVery quiet, close to the town of Arles. 5 minutes to the large supermarketBeautiful place for excursions to Carmarque and the surrounding areaFriendly reception . Very well maintained site with lots of flowers. Pitches a bit narrow . Enough for many only for caravan and car but no awning . Small but clean swimming pool with sun loungers. Restaurant is run by the owner and is quite decent. Bread is available in the morning from 8.00 amAutomatikusan lefordítva.
