His nonsense goes so far as to threaten you very quickly that you'll be kicked out of the campsite over a matter of license plate recognition that his low-grade... equipment, bought from a Chinese site I presume, doesn't recognize, and for which you simply suggest setting up an emergency keypad in case of system failure ... a raving lunatic, because the gentleman can't stand suggestions. In the morning you can pick up your fresh bread rolls ordered the day before at reception without having to rush. The owner couple are very, very nice and the staff are also very friendly. German is also spoken at reception. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can choose your own pitch when you register. The site is located in the middle of a beautiful shady forest through which the river "La Thur" flows. It is safe for children... to walk through, which means carefree adventures for the little ones and parents. Colmar, Le Grand Ballon and the Col de Ventrou are well worth a visit. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was not always up to the standard expected by campers today. Unfortunately, the campsite had a change of tenant this year. The chaos starts with the booking. They no longer accept bookings by email. You have to book online and pay by credit card. Reservation fee 10€. Since we don't have a credit... card, we sent another email -> no reply. At Pentecost we made a reservation by email, called and the reservation also failed. The previous tenant spoke German, English and French. With the current ones you can only have a minimal conversation in English. It just doesn't work in Alsace.... The reception and store close at 7pm this year. If you want to eat ice cream or order bread with the kids after that, you've lost out. At Pentecost, only one sanitary building was open. That means walking across the whole site. You can't assign a place near the open building... No, walking is healthy. Tonight we slept on the pitch for about 4 hours. The reason was that 10 young people who were celebrating a birthday were placed next to us. We have a one and five year old child... After a searching conversation in a bit of English that the tenant understands, I just had to realize again that everything has an end at some point. After so many wonderful days in Kruth, we won't be back for the next few years....Automatikusan lefordítva.
