The showers and pools are cleaned properly but there is cobwebs and disgusting creatures in every corner. Even in the very nice new building, only the basins in the toilets are cleaned. The silver containers for soap and tissues as well as the edges and shelves are dirty. I expect more for the total priceStill room for improvementThe pitches are nice, but some places look unkempt. As the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities leaves a lot to be desired, I only give it 2 out of 5 points. BUT: when I spoke to the campsite on the phone, I found out that dogs are not allowed in the lake.
Dogs are also not allowed to run around the lake on the paths.
This means that the whole area around the lake is off-limits for dog owners with... their dogs.
You are also not allowed to sit on the meadow by the lake with your dog.
According to the campsite staff, this rule is from the town.
I am speechless.
Oh yes, the dog costs €5 at the campsite.
A real shame.

The pitch is also really narrow - not separated from the next pitch by any greenery or the like. So, when fully occupied, it is hardly possible... for the Womo people to sit outside comfortably, barbecue, chat, awning out is not feasible (but also not necessary given the proximity to the next one).
There are no restaurants on site, but there is a brewery and the restaurant of the Seehotel within walking distance in the direction of Losheim.
The place definitely has potential, but a possible service in the future due to probable renovations definitely does not justify this price at the moment and I have not yet experienced it in this form.
If the whole thing is laid out differently, the pitches a bit wider, maybe a green strip between the Womos and if the rest fits - we would pay it. The few people who were on the site at the time (everything else was fully booked...) would certainly not come back for the reasons mentioned above.

Unfortunately, breakfast could not be pre-ordered, which led to a smaller selection. Sanitary cleanliness was unfortunately not a hit for us. But the cleaning ladies still did their best to keep up with the masses. Playground is like new, but... unfortunately only two swings, a seesaw, sandpit and a slide. Always busy with lots of children.

The site is large and we were allowed to take the van onto the tent meadow, which had just been electrified. We initially had the meadow to ourselves, which is certainly not usual. Only the old sanitary facilities were available, which... were clean. The new shower temple is currently under construction, but unfortunately it won't be ready for a few weeks. The site is a good starting point for hikes and is close to various sights that can be reached by car. All in all: a good place!Automatikusan lefordítva.

Unfortunately! The sanitary blocks and the waste concept do not meet the stated standard of Wellnester. Unfortunately, we found that despite low occupancy rates, the hygiene in the wash houses was very poor. The noise level was... good, the size of the pitches was very large, and the general state of maintenance of the site was rather adequate. I wish the team every success and hope that the standard of hygiene will be improved considerably. Unfortunately, we won't be returning due to the considerable shortcomings. I would have expected much more for the price. Too bad, so we will only be able to give 2 out of 10 points for the location and the offer. Together with the municipality of Losheim, we are in the process of building all the sanitary buildings on the site from scratch by 2024 so that they meet the highest modern standards. This... winter, the first large, new sanitary building will be built for a seven-figure sum. (Current pictures on our website!) It will be ready for the 2024 season and will bring us a big leap forward. If the level of cleanliness was not in order: I can assure you that all the sanitary blocks were visited several times a day by our cleaning staff during the main season. Unfortunately, we noticed that there were differences in the quality of service. We are therefore reorganizing our team for the 2024 season. What good is a fabulous new sani house if it is not well maintained? We would be interested to know what you disliked about the waste concept. We completely separate glass/paper/yellow bins/residual waste/green waste. And finally, the state of maintenance you mentioned. Could it have been because we simply stopped sprinkling our green spaces with thousands of liters of water at some point during the drought summer of 2022 for reasons of common sense and sustainability? That's right - the areas were very dry afterwards. Fortunately, they recovered very well from September onwards and the grass is now sprouting again.Automatikusan lefordítva.
