Quiet pitches bordered by a high hedge. An elderly lady and her daughter are very nice hosts who keep the site in good condition.

A single washing-up area, unfortunately next to the chemical toilet sink.
Nice quiet place
Pure relaxation, nice hosts, very well-kept place. The sanitary facilities date back to the 80s, but are always spotlessly clean and everything is in working order. Nearby is the Möhnesee lake, a zoo with funny raccoons and much more. You can do a lot, it's not boring there, but the place is not ideal... for teenagers. Toddlers and primary school children should not get bored. The permanent campers predominate, but they are also very friendly and helpful, just like camping used to be. Shopping facilities are excellent, there is even a camping store in the village. We felt very comfortable at the Obsthof and will definitely be going back again. Kind regards.

nice place, quiet and clean
We were there in the summer. The operators are very nice and helpful. Pitches mainly meadow with apple trees. Sanitary not new but clean. Showers with coins. Unfortunately, the restaurant is no longer there, nor are the tennis courts. The landlady offers bread service. Several supermarkets 3 km away.

Quiet, very clean, very nice operators
Very quiet and idyllic, very nice, very clean,
We were spontaneously offered a great, quiet place on Friday evening and received a very warm welcome. It's very quiet, we could relax and take lovely walks in the fields behind the site. The sanitary facilities are super clean, not modern but with charm. The price was very reasonable, we would love to come back!

Recommendable
We spent a few days (26.5-29.5.16) with our small camper on this small but lovely campsite. The operators are very uncomplicated and friendly - even brought us bread rolls to the camper. The meadows are flat and cleanly mown. The sanitary facilities are very clean. Unfortunately, you have to leave the pitch to use the showers and go into the main building, but that wasn't a problem. We can recommend this site with a clear conscience!

How original camping works
We were in Menden for a weekend and chose this small campsite to stay overnight ... a very good choice!!! We were warmly welcomed by the owner couple. In general, this site is very friendly (even the permanent campers are always ready for a nice chat). The sanitary facilities are functional and very... clean. The pitches are large and in top condition (lawn very well maintained). The Waltemade family is always happy to look after their camping guests. Here the campsite is still run with heart!!! The only drawback is that the L 680 (Bräukerstraße) runs nearby and the traffic noise can be heard. But this didn't bother us any further. Conclusion: This place is definitely recommended (even for a longer stay). You will immediately feel at home there.

Cute little campsite. Flat meadow terrain. Pleasant flair. Very suitable for short stays.
