The plots are dirty and there are trees all over the campsite with hard thorns that get stuck in your shoes. I got one in my foot. For the price it is better to stay in a hostel than in a tent. Metro station approx. 800m away.This place is ideal for visitors to the capital of Spain. Located almost next to the metro... We went by bike and had a great time exploring the city. It's about 10 km from the square to the center and it's a "stress-free" ride. There is also a "bicycle ring" around Madrid...which leads directly past... the campsite (approx. 50km)...but we only completed half of it.... The site itself offers little apart from a restaurant. From the campsite you can reach a metro station in 5 minutes, which takes you directly to the city center (tickets can be purchased at the machine with a credit card or EC card). Sanitary facilities are completely outdated and in poor condition, but clean and sufficient... in number as far as possible. Typical city camping. The site has old trees and is quite large. The pitches in the front area are just big enough. There is a free choice of pitches in the rear area. You can get on with English at reception. Even if the friendliness is limited, you get all the information you need for a visit to the city. Wifi in the reception area. Bread is available in the morning. The small store on the square was closed when we were there. The noise is okay, as the square is surrounded by a higher wall and the trees also absorb a lot. Overall, I can recommend the site for a visit to Madrid despite the poor sanitary facilities. Note: it is essential to use a satnav to get there and it is best to get an overview using Google Streetview, otherwise you will miss the road and there are no signs!Automatikusan lefordítva.
Pedro L.August 2012It's a weak park! It's worth it for its location, as the metro station is a 10-minute walk away. Although small, it has the potential to be better if a few euros are invested. The toilets are very hygienic, but the sloppy appearance spoils everything. There is a small grocery store which I didn't use... because I didn't need it. There is an El Corte Inglés 5 minutes' drive away. If you're visiting Madrid, it's a good place just to sleep. To give you an idea of the price: 3 adults (1 aged 13) + 1 child + 1 car + 1 trailer-tent + electricity = 40 €/night. Friendly and helpful staff!Automatikusan lefordítva.- Jaroslav H.July 2012

- Philipp F.May 2010The only campsite in Madrid with old shady trees, surrounded by walls; traffic noise is present, but bearable; 700m walk to Canillejas metro station, from there about 30min to the center, free encrypted Wifi in the bar run by young people. Small store, only open in July/August. Unfortunately the place... is quite run down: Very uneven, dirty, concreted paths; the garbage bins are left until the last one is overflowing; old sanitary facilities: no toilet brushes! Attention: floor drains rusted, risk of injury; taps work very individually; hot water may not be available, toilet paper is occasionally available. The receptionist can only be reached behind bars. Next to Nimes,F, 2004, this is the worst pitch I have ever experienced, but unfortunately the only one in Madrid and relatively expensive: 1 pers-6.90; car-6.90; caravan 6.90 = 20.74€/day without electricity; cash payment only. Narrow access in Calle de los Jardines de Aranjuez at the turn-off to Avenida de LogronoAutomatikusan lefordítva.
