Very nice groundsman who helps where he can. Very reasonably priced. Very nice swimming lake right next to the site. Clean sanitary facilities.

Small but nice place
We were on a bike tour and ended up at this campsite in the pouring rain. We were able to spend the night in our tents for €7 per person. That was the lowest price for an overnight stay on this year's tour.
In the evening, the groundsman offers a snack bar with simple but tasty snacks (chips, sausages,... nuggets etc.). The prices are also unbeatable. In the morning, the groundsman fetches fresh bread rolls from the bakery if ordered in advance and brings them to the campers' pitches himself.
Ralf is generally a very helpful guy. The next morning we decided to break off our tour and get picked up due to persistent rain. As we actually wanted to carry on and have breakfast at the bakery 4.5 km away, we hadn't ordered any bread rolls and were left with an empty stomach. Ralf then made us a simple but filling breakfast, for which he didn't even want to charge us.
A whisky (JW) costs €1 for 2 cl.
An absolute recommendation for cyclists on the Ems cycle path.

Very quiet location. As we were the only day guests, free choice of seats.

The room should once again have a general facelift. WLAN is sold at a high price, but is only poorly available.
Very quiet, but somewhat outdated
A somewhat outdated site in a very quiet location. Sanitary facilities are very clean. Only a few pitches for day guests. Permanent campers are clearly in the majority.
The site operator is very friendly.

The pitch was gradually renovated and modernized. The fact that not everything is immediately green during the work may take some time on sandy ground.
There are four cycle touring pitches, 8 comfort camper vans, 6 comfort caravans and 16 hardstanding pitches available for day guests.
Pitches are 100... cm in size and cars are not allowed on the pitches
Wifi costs €3.50 for 24 hours online time and yes, not everywhere has the best reception, but it is better than the local mobile network.

We were there for a good week, unfortunately the sanitary facilities were not yet done at the time, but should be done in the course of this fall, were surprised how quiet it is there during the week, on weekends the permanent campers are there, which characterize the place, but we perceived them as friendly
