Children are not allowed to move around freely, otherwise the next complaint will be in the house. There is not much on offer for children either, the playground is not... protected from the sun. Friendliness of the campers and the groundsman is not to be found here. The campsite has become very unfriendly. Children are not allowed to draw with chalk, ride city scooters, roller skates, bobby cars or skateboards. There is no awning on the playground, so it can't be used in summer temperatures. You no longer have food here either. It has deteriorated a lot. Nevertheless, there are things to criticize. Too little shade at the campsite (playground) Unfortunately, the bathroom is not open during the Whitsun vacations and therefore the price is very expensive. Sanitary facilities are nice but not always clean and it is... stuffy because there is never a window open and it is not allowed to open it. The doors of the facilities are too heavy. Cycle path leads past the site.Negatívumok-none-Wonderful campsite in the Vils valley on the five-river cycle pathTop campsite located in the Vils valley, south of Amberg. Completely new and elaborately constructed sanitary building, hygienically clean and kept permanently clean. Friendly and helpful staff with competence on site. The outdoor pool is directly adjacent, also for use by camping guests, with a poolside... café. The 5-river cycle path leads directly past the site, and other wonderful and extensive cycle routes and tours around the campsite in the region will delight cyclists. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. This campsite in the market town of Rieden is highly recommended, we would love to come back and are already looking forward to our next stay there.Automatikusan lefordítva.

It is only a few kilometers away from the BAB 6, B85 and BAB 93. The reception and the sanitary building were extensively renovated in 2016 and are therefore in top condition. If you rest and spend the night near the main building, you will also hear the constant and monotonous background noise of the machines and technical equipment. There are few... shady spots on the site, so that a tent, for example, heats up incredibly in summer and is not really habitable during the day. This is also unfavorable in that there are fixed rest periods of two hours in the afternoon, during which you can neither drive in nor out by car, for example. It is also quite cramped, at least in the high season, so there is no place for people shyness here. The sanitary facilities are new and accordingly, only in the showers the water stands when used, whether wanted or not. There is a Telekom hotspot on the pitch and therefore an internet connection. However, I find the daily price of just under five euros cheeky in this day and age. The charming surroundings offer many opportunities for hiking and cycling. For families with children and people who like to communicate, this is certainly a suitable place, but probably not the best choice for everyone else.Automatikusan lefordítva.

The area is fantastic and the site itself is also very nice. There is a great, large playground for the children with a table tennis table and free access to the adjacent outdoor pool. The sanitary facilities are new and really nicely done, but a major shortcoming... is the hygiene in the toilets, washrooms and showers. Unfortunately, cleaning is only done briefly every morning and the cleaning ladies prefer to spend their time chatting rather than doing their job. The friendliness of the groundsman also leaves something to be desired. You get the impression that children are less welcome here than dogs, which I find really sad. A drinks machine is also sorely lacking. If you arrive later and the stores are already closed, you only have the option of getting a few drinks from the groundsman at an overpriced price.Automatikusan lefordítva.

Kerstin H.augusztus 2011It was beautiful! Thanks to the warm welcome from the groundsman and the neighboring permanent campers, we immediately felt at home. We got a great pitch for 1 week on an unoccupied permanent pitch with water connection etc.. Directly opposite the washrooms and the outdoor pool within easy reach. The... bread roll and newspaper service was great, and you can also get to the village quickly by bike. The sanitary facilities are very spacious, but no longer a hit. Oliver K.október 2010We stayed on the site for just under a week in the fall of 2010. Not a typical campsite for holidaymakers, as it is very popular with permanent campers, but still worth a recommendation because of the great leisure opportunities in the surrounding area. The campsite only has about 20 tourist pitches... on unpaved and unparceled meadows. There is no store, kiosk or snack bar/restaurant on the site, but you can order bread rolls and newspapers in advance. The very friendly CP manager Mr. Tischler looks after the guests very warmly and caringly and is an absolute "original" on this site. In the summer months, entry to the beautiful outdoor pool right next door is included in the CP price. However, the sanitary facilities are more than subterranean. Time really seems to have stood still here. Old and very calcified fittings. Hot showers are free of charge. However, the cleaning staff ensure the cleanliness of the 60s charm sanitary facilities on a daily basis. The beautiful town of Amberg with its old town center, large pedestrian zone and the nice restaurants are worth seeing in the area. Tip: Schloderer Bräu in the middle of the pedestrian zone. A traditional Bavarian beer pub with very good, hearty food and a nice adjoining café. For bad weather activities in Amberg there is the Kurfürstenbad, a beautiful adventure pool with a brand new super great wellness sauna facility. There is also the equestrian center in Kreuth / Vilshofen, where there are different events almost all year round. If you want to eat near the CP, you will find the very good Italian restaurant with the unusual name "Bierkönig" within 5 minutes walking distance in the center of Rieden. Inexpensive, not only Italian cuisine, super fresh with very good portions is offered here and is a real insider tip.
