No matter where, whether in the restaurants, reception or in the store and no matter how busy it is - the staff always have a smile on their faces and are extremely professional! You feel... at ease straight away and that is anything but a matter of course in a hotel of this size!
If you want to look for flaws, then you could perhaps point out that the swimming pool is probably already reaching its limits in view of the number of guests... An expansion of the facility will certainly involve enormous effort, but is probably unavoidable in the long term.

The service, the campsite, the great surroundings and especially the spa area left nothing to be desired. It was a very successful weekend and we will definitely be back. Special praise also to the restaurant and we love the lovely little store on the... site. If I could make one criticism, it would be the fact that you always have to book at least 3 nights. As parents of school-age children, this is not always feasible.

Everything is so perfect, location, pitches, sanitary facilities, bathroom, pool, wellness, bus service and ideal starting point for hikes. Everything is very tasteful and attention to detail! Despite all the comfort, it is still possible to spend a very individual and quiet vacation here. Many thanks to the whole team at Caravanpark Sexten.

During our stay, some of the toilets were broken. The showers I used only provided a pleasant temperature for a few seconds between freezing cold and scalding hot. Excellent view of the Dolomites and thanks to the good bus connections you are also more flexible without a car. Great starting point for hikes, even in higher regions! There are small water points on the... site which are also great for children to play in. However, the two behind the middle washbasins could be made even nicer, as they look more like large puddles. Only key aspect to improve is the reception! In a facility of this level it is not possible to have staff bordering on rude who do not provide information in the way of acceptances. I informed the gentleman at the front desk that I was pregnant and if he had neighboring... excursions to recommend to us, he was hasty and listless, ditto during the whole documentation request. Also the guy who accompanied us to the tent with there golf car had an uncooperative and sympathetic attitude.
