The pitches are spacious. The restaurant was closed. Bread rolls were available to buy without ordering in the small store in reception.

We had a nice pitch fenced in with hedges. However, it was between two permanent campers. We don't always like that sort of thing.
When you check in, you have to think about how much you want to spend on showers and have... it loaded onto your card. The card is used to access the barrier and the service building. The wash house was spacious and everything was in order. Tent guests have the option of putting things in the fridge. We really liked the site. The pitches were not bumpy and the paths were easy to drive on, even for longer vehicles. The site is quite close to a beautiful beach and also has lovely walks in the surrounding area. We don't understand some of the exaggerated reviews on Google for this site. We have visited worse places in our opinion, but they were highlighted on Google.
You can buy bread rolls and snacks in the store. Unfortunately, we had reserved a bad pitch in advance, where a manhole cover was in the middle of the pitch and it was not possible to park the caravan properly.
It... was not possible to swap to another pitch, although other pitches were free throughout our stay. Shower cards that you have to top up on arrival are not up to date.
We were certainly in the high season, but cleaning the sanitary facilities just once is simply not enough.

Reception and therefore the store only open at 10 a.m. So we didn't even ask for bread rolls. The food shelves were also still empty. The sanitary building is as good as new and clean. Particularly worth mentioning is the well-equipped kitchen... with several hobs, ovens and microwaves and right next door the scullery, everything tiptop. We really like the beach and the dunes, which are just a few minutes' walk away. Other destinations on the peninsula are easy to reach by bike. Where we had spent the last 3 weeks visiting small campsites by lakes, the complete opposite awaited us here. The pitches were in rows and unfortunately also very uneven, fortunately a nice camper helped us out with... a few wooden wedges. Unfortunately, Falsterbo Horseweek was on at the time and the site was totally overcrowded. The sanitary facilities were nowhere near enough for the full occupancy of the site and it wasn't clean either. The ferry can be reached in about 25 minutes.Automatikusan lefordítva.

Too few play options for children.Ok, for an overnight stayAfter our three-week tour of Sweden, this was our last campsite in Sweden. Here it was rather atypical Swedish, after the many quiet, idyllic campsites, mostly located by a lake, we found exactly the opposite here. The stress began at the check-in, with a long queue of cars at the entrance and a long... queue of people at reception. At this time, a big horse show was taking place nearby, so the price for the overnight stay was almost three times as much - 80 euros per night. However, this was not communicated to us when we checked in under the eyes of the many other waiting campers. The next breakdown at the pitch, there was no electricity, and it took some time before someone finally had time to get away from the overcrowded reception to solve the problem. The pitches are all in rows, some on the busy road and not all are separated from each other, and our pitch was extremely uneven and sloping. There is a small mini store, ice cream, etc. in the reception. Snack bar, minigolf, a small playground and a bouncy cushion. The sanitary facilities were far too few for the full pitch and were getting on in years, and if you were unlucky there was only cold water and you had to pay extra for showers. The place was very crowded, loud and narrow. The paths if you are in the back area are long, with dog for walking also rather impractical. We experienced a bit of camping shock here. However, the location would be nice if it weren't for the main road. Although not directly on the beach, there is a beautiful sandy beach within walking distance through heath and dunes. Dogs are allowed there. Nearby there are other great beaches and a large marina, Skanör. You can't even extend the awning here. The newly built bathhouse is a very good idea. (Shower, WC & washing facilities in one), unfortunately the number of cabins (4) is very limited. Could generally be better if the nice fellow campers didn't take their sandy shoes into the shower cubicle :-(( The site is ideal as the first or last site in Sweden, but can also score points with the beach in front (5 minutes' walk). In the high season we are open from 8am - 10pm, in the low season from 8am - 8pm and in the winter season currently from 10am - 12pm and 3.30pm - 5pm. Late check-in is always possible if you let us know in advance :)
