Dogs are not allowed, you can't even take them shopping on the actual campsite below. Bathing is then only possible individually or you leave your four-legged friend in the overheated camper van. Spacious pitches. Wonderfully natural. Yes, some things are a bit outdated but clean. For us, who love no-frills camping, this place has real charm and a pure feel-good factor. We don't need ever-increasing... comfort that drives up prices and attracts a crowd of chic new campers who often don't know that it's okay to say hello and that it doesn't hurt. The site is dominated by permanent campers, which doesn't bother us. Some could certainly look after their pitches better, but others have real jewel boxes. We really enjoy our stay, feel at home and are out and about a lot in this beautiful area, by bike and on foot. After our excursions, it's wonderful to relax on our pitch. Sanitary facilities are getting on in years, but always clean
we found the absence of dogs very pleasant! a bad rating, even though you didn't... use the pitch at all, is simply dubious
the atmosphere on the site and at the bathing areas with many day visitors is very pleasant
there are beautiful cycle paths and it's also easy to get around on foot
if you deduct the outrageous spa tax of 2.60 p. P./day, the price is perfectly fine

Dogs are allowed, but you have to go to the dog park and of course they are not allowed on... the beach. Then there is a very sloping meadow and everything is full of permanent campers with their wrecked caravans and all sorts of primitive extensions and porches. I can also understand the owner to some extent, because there are also some unfriendly and incomprehensible guests, and everyone has their own opinion about the behavior of some guests. This did not stop the operator from allowing extensive excavation work on several plots (including our neighboring plot). When we arrived on Friday and Saturday, we had the noise of construction activity at our feet ALL DAY,... and as an increase the next weekend Friday/Saturday ALL DAY excavator and tractor noise and diesel smell 10m in front of our plot. Writing about the sanitary facilities would go beyond the scope of this article...
PS: The site manager prefers to talk to the asphalt instead of greeting his PAYING GUESTS.Automatikusan lefordítva. - Enrico M.June 2019PozitívumokI did not find any advantages on the dog partNegatívumokSpace for dog owners: unacceptable!Good without a dog, unacceptable for us with a dogWe had actually booked more than 14 days, but we only stayed on the "dog part" of the site for one night and then left again. I checked in at the front of this little house and could see the normal pitch from there. Everything was great and made a good impression. Then we were sent to the dog part via... the small road. We turned right at the barrier and felt like we were in another world! This had NOTHING to do with the normal part of the site! The whole site was sloping, nothing had been straightened out for vacation guests, no sensible paths had been laid out, and it was a challenge to get the WW parked halfway straight... A challenge! The sani building was totally rotten (but it was clean) etc. Nothing to see of the lake. No way to get to the lake with a dog. We really aren't demanding, but that wasn't possible. The next morning I went briefly across the normal part of the site to the lake and also there to the sani building - all good, could have been a nice vacation there. on departure I talked about it with the very friendly employee at the registration desk. She said that the problem was well known, that many people were leaving because of it and that she had already talked about it many times, but nothing was changed.Automatikusan lefordítva.

No access to the lake with a dog. You can only take a short hike through the forest to a bathing area where you are only allowed to swim clothed (swimwear!!! That's why I go to a naturist... place). No access with a dog to the other infrastructure (e.g. restaurant) The whole thing is also described by the operators as dog-friendly!!!! Rather dog-hostile!Automatikusan lefordítva.

On the contrary, we were greeted in a totally friendly manner, had help setting up and there was always a friendly "hello" or even a "chat". The sanitary facilities were extremely clean, toilet paper was always... available, there was a cleaning spray for the toilet seat in every cubicle :-) Wonderfully warm water in the shower. There was really nothing to complain about. The staff were nice and friendly at all times. In the two weeks we were there in August 2015, we never met anyone in a bad mood at reception or at the "barrier", nor in the small store or the large restaurant. There does seem to be smoking in the internet cafe/"library", you can smell it, especially as a non-smoker. But as we use our cell phones and tablets with mobile cards anyway, we didn't have to go there. The lake is simply fantastic, clean and had bathtub temperature (no wonder given the summer). All in all, a very nice naturist campsite for us and we have our sights set on it again next year :-) We are looking forward to it.Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Gerhard D.August 2014PozitívumokLocation by the lake, peace and quietNegatívumokDog owners are not really welcome - extremely many permanent campers!nice place with a lot of permanent campers - no dog area!Dogs are not allowed on the neighboring pitch by the lake - here they are confined to a small area of the pitch and are not allowed to go near or into the water (unlike humans, dogs do not pee in the water!) - guests passing through are accommodated on a very small part of the dog area, which also slopes... quite unevenly to one side. There are actually no parceled-out pitches in this area. The sanitary facilities are basic - no shower cubicles - men and women shower together separated only by tiled walls. The water runs for about 20 seconds, then you have to press a touchscreen button again. It's fine for passing through, but a permanent stay is hardly conceivable for us. Next to the dog area is the main site, which is a lot nicer - dog owners are second-class campers on this site, even though they pay extra for their dog. To be honest, the operators should also ban dogs on this part of the site, which is smaller, pushed to the upper edge and also much less well equipped. Large naturist sunbathing lawn directly on the lake, also for day guests who drive their cars through the site every day down to the sunbathing lawn. The sanitary facilities are a bit older but always clean in the two weeks we were there. The only... thing we missed on the campsite were dishwashing sinks. There are only washbasins for washing clothes and dishes, which we found a bit of a shame. Also, some pitches are a bit "neglected", overgrown with tall grass and bushes on which caravans without awnings stand and have probably not been used for a long time. The internet room is a bit loveless, even if the internet is free it always smells unpleasant in this room, as there is a lot of smoking in these rooms. Since nothing has changed on the whole, except that the sanitary facilities have been improved, that's exactly why we keep going back there. Incidentally, my whole family, sister, parents and uncles and aunts. For us, it's an oasis of calm and... variety. From there, we set off on the most beautiful hikes in nearby Slovenia or Italy or even in Carinthia. The lake is beautifully clear and never too cold, so we swim across at least once on vacation to Cafe Wien for ice cream. Maybe old-fashioned or boring, but it's nice to get there, and you meet the same people every year and spend a lot of time together, especially playing Indiaka, which is celebrated twice a day, is great fun. - Sabine N.July 2013It is difficult to get to this site without a navigation system as it is not signposted. There is only a sign 100 m before the entrance. Our first impression of this site was that it looked a bit like a parking lot. Never before have we had a pitch in the middle of 2 dozen permanent campers where there... was still a foot or two of space between our own awning and the caravan of the person in front. But that doesn't stop other campers from walking through. The site as a whole is clean, the toilets were cleaned twice a day in our first week, then we had the impression that there would be less. Unfortunately, the day tourists can drive their cars almost right up to the lake, which is annoying. The catering with mini supermarket and restaurant is not overwhelming but acceptable. If you are lucky and the pitch is in the upper area and then also on the "roadside" you have a great view of the lake and the mountains behind it. The lake is great. It really is around 25 - 26 degrees and very clear. We spent a large part of our vacation there. One negative thing we noticed was the aloofness of the permanent campers. You can say hello, but their mouths close by themselves. We also didn't like the fact that no interest was shown in the departing vacationer when paying at reception. Not: Did you like it, will you come back next year, were there any problems? Nothing. Pay and get out so that the next one can be processed. All in all, we had a very good rest, but won't be going back next year.Automatikusan lefordítva.

Robert K.July 2012Large, family-friendly naturist campsite right on the lake. Very quiet location! Parceled meadow pitches, slightly sloping terrain - chocks necessary! The electricity boxes are quite far apart - extension leads required! There are showers and water points right next to the pitches in some "alleys"! However,... showering is only permitted here without soap or shampoo! The pitches vary in size! Electricity is already included in the pitch price! The site is well equipped: there are a total of 3 sanitary buildings; the showers are located separately in the upper area; there is a sanitary container below, near the beach! The hot water is heated using solar technology - we always had enough hot water! There is a well-equipped department store; here you can buy everything you need for your physical well-being and also other "important" things: Detergent, toys,.....ect. -There are two playgrounds for the little ones, one upstairs right in front of the restaurant and one downstairs by the sunbathing lawn! Children's entertainment is also offered in summer. There are also a few animals to look at and stroke: goats and rabbits. The site has its own dog area; quite a large area; slightly away from the "main area"; separated by a narrow road. No view of the lake. There is also a sauna. Massages are also offered. There is an internet corner (free) and USB sticks with w-lan connection for the pitch: 5 euros per day! There is also a guesthouse on the site, with its own parking spaces directly in front of it in the courtyard! You also have the option of renting a bike. The beach area: wonderful location; clear water; several jetties with ladders into the water; initially a shallow area for the little ones. There is a large sunbathing lawn, a beach bar (nude area), a fistball/volleyball court and other sports fields/playing areas. Rental caravans are available as well as a few mobile homes from Gebetsroither! The restaurant has a large terrace and good cuisine. All meals are also available to take away!
