Flower Camping Le Lac du Causse is located right on the shore of Lac du Causse, a large lake in the Corrèze department. You'll be camping on beautiful terraces with a view of the water and the hilly surroundings. Hikers, …cyclists and water sports enthusiasts will all find something to love at this terraced campsite by the lake. The rugged, wooded shore is ideal for active campers who prefer to stay on dry land. Water sports enthusiasts can visit the water sports centre next to the campsite. Around eighty large pitches have been laid out on the beautiful terraces that cover the hillside along the lake. The road to these terraces is easily accessible. The many trees on the campsite block the view of the lake from some of the pitches, but you always have a view of the surrounding hills. In addition, most of the pitches, which often have a gravel floor, get shade. Many of the chalets and eco-lodges also look out over the wooded landscape. From the campsite's outdoor pool, you can see the even larger natural swimming pool a few metres away: the lake. The pool is a great place to cool off quickly or to play water games with the children. If you fancy some chips or a cold drink, you can take a seat on the terrace next to the pool. In the high season, this is also the setting for music and dance performances. There is a water sports centre right next to the campsite. Here you can take a canoe, pedalo or SUP board out on the water. Swimmers are also welcome in the lake, of course.
