The staff at reception are very friendly and explain everything well. Securiti people also totally friendly.
We just think it's a great pity that these family clans (day guests) leave all the garbage on the beach. I also find it totally unhygienic... that they go into the water in their day clothes (leggings, long dresses etc.), listen to loud music, smoke shisha. They simply don't adhere to any of the house rules. There should be more checks during the day, otherwise there is a risk that the other guests will stay awake.
The washrooms could do with a thorough clean (cobwebs).
A lot could be done with the facility. No hooks on which to hang clothes, no shelf for shampoo. The walls are very dirty. Hot water only as long as the "supply" lasts. It stinks like hell. Even with shower slippers you are disgusted to enter the rooms. You don't want to use the toilets voluntarily!...
There is a lot of garbage all over the site and everything looks very run down.
Electricity is only available if you are the first one. That is the biggest disaster here. Only two main connections for an infinite number of camping visitors.
And the highest point of the whole thing, a wheelchair user does not get a euro key to go to the toilet, because he would have to have one himself. The outdoor showers are warm and the toilets... are new and extremely clean. The hiking trail around the lake is a hit, even with children! No dirt, plenty of electricity and the forest offers shady pitches.
We were a little disappointed with our trip to the main beach, it's like another world. We will be booking a vacation at the naturist beach again, it's a shame that you're not allowed to pitch tents there. Everything smeared! Cleaning lady there regularly but only cold water in the evening after people wearing headscarves shower and wash their whole family there. These clans generally seem to be part of the beach scene here in good weather and open fires... at the barbecue areas at forest fire level 5. Far too many people, campers next to campers, nobody keeps their distance here. Noise pollution until late into the night from drinking groups over 35-40 on the family campsite. No controls at all. No groundsman for miles around to do anything. The whole spectacle went on until 4:30 am. The garbage cans were overflowing everywhere. The sanitary facilities were filthy and covered in garfiti. There were about 50 waiting guests close together... at the registration desk. No safety distance. No toilet paper in the toilets and you couldn't buy any in the mini-market. The campsite area is very large. Even the campsites on Lake Balaton can't keep up with it. It is very nice that it is directly adjacent to Lake Helene with a fabulous Baltic Sea beach. There are also plenty... of places to eat and drink (albeit only snacks). The large volleyball and soccer pitches are great for sports. For the little ones there is a very nice new large children's playground near the beach.
Unfortunately, the whole area seems to be a bit of a jumble and run-down. In addition to GDR buildings (which are not necessarily bad), there are a lot of wooden shacks and container buildings. This does not look nice. Weeds also grow in the flower pots and there is a lot of graffiti on the promenade. The signs are smeared all over and covered with stickers like in Berlin-Neuköln. Even the litter bins are dented. The whole thing detracts considerably from the vacation feeling. The sanitary building at the family campsite was clean and OK. However, it is incomprehensible why there are no coat hooks in the showers. In the sanitary building on the beach everything was smeared all over, some burnt areas and simply disgusting.
I found the struggle for electricity particularly difficult on arrival. There are far too few power connections and they are still far too far apart. It makes you want to leave again. I was horrified when a beer bottle was taken from me as the father of a family, because glass is forbidden. I've never experienced anything like that on a campsite. What does the operator think? Should I also refill my jam jar? Especially in Germany, where reusable glass is so important. Normal campers are not festival visitors!!!

We are here with four families, you have to pay in full at reception when you check in and there is no money back if you leave early. When we drove the prescribed 10km/h with our camper van, the barrier crashed into our mobile and the next mobile drove faster and... was reprimanded for speeding. In the mini market the shelves look like in the GDR Konsum half an hour after opening there were no more simple rolls and fresh fruit is not to be found here either. The sanitary facilities in our area were ok, even if there was a lack of storage space in the shower itself. For us it is not an option to walk naked through the shower room, especially as the door was always open. There was no hot water... after 10pm. The sinks are a disaster. You couldn't do it on your own because there was nowhere to put the clean dishes. The view of the bungalows unfortunately did not arouse any interest in looking at them from the inside, although they were ok inside. The lake is great. It was the first time we were able to park wherever we wanted. I thought that was great. The site or forest itself is very dirty. It could be a great campsite. Too bad. No bike hire, no good food, everything is outdated, the owner is only interested in making a profit for the festival, everything is prepared and then completely trashed by the... festival guests. As a resident, you are only disadvantaged. Not even a benefit for the noise pollution (e.g. free tickets for residents). Four were planned, with the tent. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met in any way, as we had been positively impressed by a recommendation and by the hard-running site rules. The arrival and registration went smoothly, but then. A... short paper briefing on family camping and clear prohibitions, such as no cars near the tent, observance of rest periods and a ban on barbecues on the site, with exceptions. So far, so good. What happened next turned our picture upside down. The remnants of the beach party could still be seen everywhere, which is to be explained. Next, I had to go to the DIY store to get a tarpaulin because the ground was not only sandy but also dusty and dirty. After setting up, I had to clean my body and exfoliate all my orifices. But oh well. What shocked us was the enforcement of the site rules. The cars were left standing, barbecues were free, the family pitch was a colorful mix, including caravans, and wannabe technos had to cover up their age with bass-heavy music into the night. No sign of the groundsman. So, from our point of view, this place is absolutely not recommended for order-loving families, a pityAutomatikusan lefordítva.

Instead... of the bungalow 3 we got the bungalow 1 so far not bad only when we entered the bungalow almost hit us the blow occupied by crawling animals and all the flies we first made sure that we get rid of these animals. The staff are unfriendly and even have to work when sick. We were there in high season, but there were still vacations in Brandenburg, so the whole place was empty. The showers with transponders are not recommended... as there are no shower screens. As it started to rain on our penultimate day, we wanted to leave beforehand, but the money for the last night was not refunded. We didn't even get a bin bag for our luggage and so we had to walk to the train station 1.5km away in the pouring rain! It is not service or customer satisfaction or quality and certainly not feel-good. No, it is "ban". Surely you have had bad experiences with some complete idiots. But is that enough to put every visitor under general suspicion? For example,... you are threatened with "rigorous towing of the cars" (original quote) or withholding your deposit if you violate your questionable house rules. That's right, the deposit. You make it very easy for yourself but don't seem to see the insane amount of bureaucracy involved in your completely restrictive approach. This makes neither your customers nor your employees happy. Incidentally, I don't even want to talk about the state of the toilets. With all due respect, it is really appalling how badly you manage your facilities. We were attracted by the crystal-clear bathing lake with its extensive sandy beach and the relative peace and quiet in scenic surroundings. There are several sanitary buildings in absolutely unacceptable condition, unfortunately also completely... inadequately cleaned. There is a much better one near the area for families, but here too there is a lack of cleanliness. It is certainly difficult for the cleaning staff, with the forest floor and rain, every guest drags in the dirt. But when the cleaning work was finished, the tiled floor didn't really look clean. Nevertheless, there would certainly be enforceable regulations, such as mandatory shoe changes/bathing shoes with shelves in front of the door to put down the sandy shoes or similar. What we noticed positively this time was that the ladies at reception and at the barrier were noticeably friendlier and more customer-oriented than a year ago. On the subject of supplies: The bread roll service is ok so far, at least freshly baked. Otherwise it's a culinary desert, three fast-food stalls, none of which are convincing. A proper (bourgeois) restaurant is missing here. All in all, the rumpled site has enormous potential, but obviously lacks a financially strong investor who would first flatten the old eastern charm over a large area and build something pretty and suitable for the masses. The food was poorly stocked and overpriced. The price-performance ratio was subterranean compared to other campsites we have visited. Even the promised power sockets for the youth campsites, which were supposed to be offered on the Internet at reception, were only of limited use.
