The pitches are large enoughNegatívumokThe showers are not optimally designed for the needs. There are only two showers in total with a hand shower, the rest of the showers have a fixed shower head on the wall. The showers all have different pressures, the ones with the hand shower are set far too hard. Two of the other showers are the same. The other showers are set to a rather medium pressure. Another thing to note is that from half past six a seagull thinks it has to call everyone out of bed.Nice location, sanitary area could be improved.It was our first time at this campsite and we stayed for 10 days. The days were enough to explore the site and the surrounding area.
The pitch was big enough for us to park the car. It's a shame that not all pitches have a paved area for the awning. We were lucky and that was a good thing.
The sanitary... building is centrally located.
You can easily cycle from the campsite to Burg or other places of interest.
The cycle paths are well developed and lead past really beautiful places. There is also the opportunity to take a break and rest on benches along the way.
We then paid a visit to the BorderShop in Puttgarden. We can really recommend it, especially on a rainy day. Over three floors, you can buy everything from alcoholic to non-alcoholic drinks and sweets. Unfortunately, we Germans can't buy the canned drinks because of the German deposit law.
If you haven't been here yet, you shouldn't miss this place.

The disadvantages carry little weight and the advantages clearly outweigh them.
The price is a bit high, but you know that beforehand.

to visit the beautiful island of Fehmarn, an uncomplicated (short-term) booking was possible via online portal and telephone.
The advantages
Super lawn quality, I've seen it quite differently!
Super sanitary facilities, nothing to complain... about here either, everything top and clean.
Uncomplicated stay, by booking online and paying in advance, the license plate was already registered and you can theoretically drive directly to the pitch but also leave again without even going to the reception.
Interim trips by car (of course outside the rest periods) are also possible without a chip card or similar thanks to the license plate recognition at the barriers.
I think my booking at short notice meant that I paid the full amount directly in advance, but if you book longer in advance it is probably also possible to pay the full amount later.
I would also be pleased if you could tell me the pitch number in advance, as I can then always see in advance on the PC how I can best park (without a mover), but I didn't ask for it beforehand either. We have enjoyed going there since our children were small. From our first visit to our last, we have always enjoyed coming here. The lanes on the site are big enough for large vehicles like ours to park very easily. The pitches are very well maintained. The wash houses are cleaned regularly and are also... very well maintained. The site staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the campsite by the sea is TOP and we enjoy the bike tours from the campsite directly by the sea, e.g. to the south beach. We are an older couple, but have no problem with the children on the site. From our point of view, children have enough space to play and the entertainment for children is also good.

This site also has a spacious check-in area and very friendly staff at reception. The site is beautifully maintained and the location with access to the beach is perfect. There is a well-stocked store on site with a good selection... of bread rolls. Top!
There is also a good restaurant and a fish stall on site.
Our four-year-old daughter had fun in the playground.

Otherwise, only things for which the campsite can do nothing: Access road (main road from Burg) is very narrow. With a width of 2.5m, you really start to sweat...Very clean and well-kept campsiteAs already mentioned above, a beautiful, very well-kept campsite with great children's entertainment! The sanitary facilities were always clean - despite the "complicated" guests. Very nice! Our older daughter loved the entertainment. There she could paint pictures, play games, do various handicrafts... or visit the mini disco in the evening, which was very simple but perfectly adequate. The entertainers were super nice. We wanted for nothing. If you want to complain on a very high level, then you could wish for more garbage cans on the grounds and more washbasins in the first sanitary building. But as I said, that's splitting hairs. We had a fantastic vacation and would go there again anytime! The fact that there is a small supermarket with a sufficient selection, fresh bread rolls and a restaurant next door probably doesn't need to be mentioned in the rating. There is also a soccer cage for the boys. Incidentally, almost all of our neighbors wanted to extend their stay because they also really liked it. Kudos to the operators!
