The pitch right on the banks of the Moselle, the super tidy overall impression of the site and an impressive area made this stay something very special. Our arrival (the very 2nd day from the start of the season) went off without a rush in a relaxed manner.
The beautiful place can be reached quickly by bike and also on foot.

Very nice ownersAutomatikusan lefordítva. - Bernd S.október 2024PozitívumoknoneNegatívumokExpensive, Sanitary area was mostly dirty Birds poop all over the caravan No satellite reception under the trees, DVB-T2 doesn't work either, Waste glass container on the pitch is emptied at 11pm and again at 7am! Waste water and toilet disposal only at the entranceExpensive and nothing elseWell, we were there over the long weekend on October 3rd. For 38 euros/night + 1 euro per kWh electricity + visitor's tax you can expect a bit more.
Sanitary area: In the men's area just 4 shower cubicles, usually only 1 hook and a narrow board to put your things on, not to mention the cleaning.
There... were lumps of earth in the stairwell, toilet and washing area for a whole day until they were cleaned up. But the toilet wasn't cleaned at all that day, the urinals were filthy!!!
And the next morning, the washroom looked as if some campers had come from the potato field!
And Knaus doesn't have enough money for good floor mats either!
There are much cheaper campsites which clean their 3 (three) sanitary buildings 2 (two) times a day!!!
Otherwise: Pay attention to the pitch: There is no satellite reception under the trees and the birds poop all over the caravan and awning.

Unfortunately we couldn't get to the water because the weeds weren't mowed and were waist high!!!
We also had a visit from rats in the evening who weren't even really scared !!!
There is a need for action and something should be done.
But since we are... not so sensitive, we enjoyed our stay very much and were always treated courteously.
