Beautiful CP in the middle of pine trees and dune sand. The campsite is located directly on the Merr with its own access. The staff are super nice and very helpful. The... only sanitary building is clean and nicely done. The toilet area is perhaps a little narrower, but that wasn't a problem. Sufficient showers etc. available. There is also a small playground and a small recreation area. We were there before Easter and it wasn't very busy yet. If you want a small campsite with little fuss, this is the place for you. The car stays in the parking lot at the front and the caravan is pulled to the pitch with the tractor. The caravans are parked in the front area and can drive there themselves. The only negative point from our point of view is the approach and departure. A bit bumpy with potholes. Here you really have vacation so we were told. This was completely true. We will definitely come back. Now with the caravan but renting a cottage on site is also a good alternative.... Although at first it seemed a little crowded on the campsite, you didn't notice this at all, it was very quiet and no noise. A fine, cozy family campground. The beach so close by was great. Every morning before breakfast we went to the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The campsite has a wonderful location, close to the beach, who wants shade in the hot summer and the town of Prerow is within easy walking distance.
We encountered super friendly staff. The house was perfect for us.

You don't feel welcome. You've probably never heard of hospitality here. What a shame. We are hosts ourselves and have 3 vacation apartments on the Baltic... Sea. We are aware that half the vacation is already won with friendly people. It is a pity that you did not like our campsite so much. I can assure you that our entire team strives to keep our site clean and tidy at all times. It seems that this is not always possible. We will therefore discuss your comments with the team and also with the owners of the permanent pitches....
In recent years, various providers have repeatedly tried to offer catering on our site. Unfortunately, due to the size of the pitch, demand was too low - it was simply not profitable for the providers. It is understandable that you are disappointed by this. However, you will find plenty of alternatives just 10-15 minutes' walk from us.
We will continue to modernize diligently over the next few years - there will probably also be a more convenient solution for wastewater disposal.
Perhaps you will give us another chance to convince you of us and our campsite. The campsite team is friendly and eager to accommodate requests, we even got a quiet pitch in the high season. Not overcrowded and crammed like other campsites in August. Directly behind the dunes, in a quiet location and only 5 minutes by bike to the town. Pleasant... crowd, lots of families and you can let the children run around on their own due to the manageable size. We recommend the snack bar on the pitch. You can go on lovely bike rides in the surrounding area. The sanitary facilities are functional and well-maintained, but nothing can be done about the sand that is carried in, as the site has a sandy bottom. But it was never disgusting and everything is very practical. Shower cubicles with plenty of storage space. Great value for money. We will definitely be back!Automatikusan lefordítva.

We are very satisfied. The children can move around freely, the natural surroundings are enough for them. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even repairing the children's truck:) The sanitary facilities are adequate and clean - of course there is a shortage... of space at peak times when the site is full. But you can adjust to this wonderfully. Here you can relax, wind down and recharge your batteries. Cycle a lot, collect chicken gods at the lighthouse, beautiful playgrounds in the village, in summer you can paint ceramics on Thursdays. There is an open bookcase in reception. We always like to come back. We think the small size of the campsite is good - it's logical that it gets booked up quickly. The parking situation is not easy because the cars are getting bigger and bigger - but if you listen to the groundsman, it works. We come back again and again.Automatikusan lefordítva.

Disadvantage: condition of reception and bread roll stadium, rotten flower beds, dusty and dirty outside and inside. 1st day bread rolls fetched, the first thing I saw were cobwebs on my... face. 2nd day bought bread rolls at the snack bar, which by the way is very cheap and tasty. The fine beach of the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly via a small forest path and the center or the pier of Prerow can also be reached quickly on foot or by bike. We had pre-booked and the check-in was very friendly.... The groundsman arrived quickly and drove our caravan to the pitch with a small tractor. This is necessary if you don't want to run the risk of getting stuck in the fine sand. We also found him to be friendly and very helpful, as he quickly helped us out with tools and allowed us to extend our stay for another two days despite the pitch being fully booked. We found the sanitary facilities to be very clean and in good condition. Another positive aspect: there are bins within easy reach of every pitch and we felt they were emptied daily. The shop next to the reception only has the bare essentials. However, as the Edeka is only a few minutes away by bike, this is easy to get over. Bread rolls can be pre-ordered; you can also get a newspaper this way. There is also a snack trolley if you're feeling peckish. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable week at Meißners Sonnencamp. A real alternative to the much more expensive Rainbow Camp.Automatikusan lefordítva.

The location is unique directly on the dunes, so you are right on the beach and forget the disadvantages, namely the sanitary facilities (too few, especially if you are in the dunes!). There is too little for children, there are... plenty of gummy bears (breakfast and sometimes for dinner), but there is no children's shower or bathtub for small children and the cords on the swing are coming loose! (lack of safety) In addition, the groundsman urgently needs to improve his social skills! (if you want to pick up bread rolls at 8:00 am, you are asked if you are able to read a clock!!! and are verbally abused!
